So how come they are movingwest upper season ticket holders then selling west upper tickets on general sale? Are they moving people so that the only tickets left are the most expensive?
If it's due to the advertising boards I'd understand but seems strange that if there were available seats in your area, then why move you to a cheaper area? Seems dodgy to me!

I'm west upper but block 5, also quite high up, that's only just to the left of the halfway line (on the aisle near the half way line as well) and now I'm worried that I too have been moved and they haven't sent me my letter :-(

They are making out like they were going to do it anyway, but there was no mention of a refund anywhere until they replied to my complaint by email late yesterday.

Ian won't talk to me. The reply to my complaint (with offer of refund) was from Jonathan Waite, customer services manager.
Don't have a straightener with Jono Waite, he's built like a brick outhouse and hard as nails. Son of Terry...
