The season ticket includes two 'free' cup games, the first two of the season regardless of the competition.

Edit.. But you also have priority on your seat for all cup games.

ooh.. i'm intreagued by the priority for YOUR seat section.. this is a LIE.. damn LIE!

Should be priority for A seat.

You do deserve a refund though old chap.

The club have fucked this up. BR you have all my sympathy and I hope you get some money back - if you get moved to an inferior seat, one you haven't paid for, then you deserve compensation. It really is that simple.

I'm sure there's some small print saying it's perfectly acceptable under the terms and conditions, but it's not in the spirit of how things should work when the major prereqisite for going is a sense of loyalty. If you booked a ticket for the Opera, Theatre, Cinema and you were moved to a cheaper seat than the one you paid for, you would get some compensation without doubt.

no no no mr, thats not what i was implying..you got me all wrong.. . i was saying.. they say you get priority to purchases YOUR seat for cup matches...

for seats that are affected, they should have different terms on the ST.. ie, your would be different to everyone elses in that you only get priority to purchase A seat, not YOUR specific one.

Er mate the game is FREE ?!?

I used to get a free ticket in the West Upper every week. Decided to pay my lowly £765 for a ticket with the real fans in the South Upper.
Enjoy the experience. The South Upper will be rocking on Wednesday night and you will have a superb night (especially if we get through).
If you are a real West Upper then when you leave on 80 mins you will walk straight out of the ground with no queuing as you will be the only one leaving the South Stand. You will walk freely to get down the stairs so you will beat all the West Upper's to your private car park and therefore all the traffic too. BONUS.

I'm sorry that you feel our seats are inferior. Sorry mate but yours are surrounded by moaning morons

It isnt free, its one of two cup games that are included as part of the st, its no more free than any of the other 20 games that make up the ticket.

I would rather sit in the south upper than the west, particularly next wednesday, then again, id rather sit on the shelf than in either of those places so low and behold thats where my season ticket is and thats were ill be!:)

Its no different to moving my unrestricted seat to one behind the pillars. west upper tickets cost a premium because theres a superior view(apparently, having never sat there i cant comment) and if some1 has paid that premium they are entitled to expect compensation if they subsequently dont get what they paid for.

Thats just not true mate. The game is FREE. You pay a season ticket a get 2 additional games free of charge. The T&C's on the Gold season ticket 'Receive all of the benefits associated with One Hotspur Silver, and see EVERY GAME played at The Lane. As well as guaranteed admission for all 19 home Premier League fixtures, plus the first two home Cup-Ties, One Hotspur Gold members will have their seat guaranteed* for any subsequent home Cup-Ties through the Home Cup-Tie Ticket Guarantee Scheme. *Subject to seat being available.'
If you spend over £1,000 on a ticket shouldn't you read the terms & conditions that come with that purchase. The guy hasn't a leg to stand on but has been guaranteed admission.
I had to move once for Southend fans. We just sang to them 'Who's the Pikeys in our seats' and 'Oi pikey's leave our seats alone'.
He is going to the game for FREE so just forget about it. Yes its part of his ticket but its not refundable as he has paid for League games and gets the 2 cup games FREE

Those games are included in the price, but aren't really free. I don't think he should be moaning, he'll get to experience an atmosphere you'll never get in the West Stand and maybe he's never been in the south when it's rocking.

At best he should get the difference in ticket prices but Spurs can do what they want and they'd lose a fortune if they gave a few thousand fans £20 to move each game. That's money that pays peoples wages or allows us to go out and buy a player.

Yes Jaispurs, I'm well aware that all the REAL FANs are in the Park Lane end. They all know all the songs and shout things at the away fans and stand up because they hate Arsenal so much and are much superior people to the other 28,000 morons who turn up each week wasting their money on a team they don't support properly.

So well done for being a REAL FAN. Give yourself a gold star.

And then take it away again for completely missing the point.

I did not decide Tottenham Hotspur's pricing structure for their season tickets. Someone at the club decided that a season ticket in block 3 is worth £410 more than a season ticket in block 43 and then they charged me an extortionate fee based on this valuation. It is unacceptable for them to take my money and then decide that the seat they give me is going to be the one they've deemed less valuable.

Until I grow up, the south stand will be the best place in the ground for me. However, I agree 100% with what you are saying BigRed. I have sat in all parts of the ground from the south lower to a vip box. And to a man every fan to my left and to my right has been as pasionate as the next man.

If the club want to charge you for the privilage of sitting in what they deem to be a premium area, then they should compensate the difference if they choose to move you!

Big Red has every right to be annoyed. I have had a similar situation with another company in the past. However, as Jaispurs says the club have a different spin on this. We always think "I love Spurs; Spurs love me" but it's "I love Spurs; Spurs love me money". Their conditions absolve them from responsibility. On the bright side as has been said, you are at least going to the game, Big Red. Don't let it annoy you too much and enjoy the night!

I'd write to them saying as a gesture of goodwill I will accept one of the champions league shirts as compensation. Unless we dont qualify of course...

I'd have a word as my mate has just bought a ticket for £76 in the West Upper. They are having a laugh with you.
When we were moved, we were all moved. If they are selling equivalent tickets in the West Stand then you have a point.

By the way we only stand up to the Arsenal song when we are playing Arsenal. You can always tell a newbie as they stand up to that song.....Its mainly cup games that that happens.
