Im not saying europa league is better but you kinda get the same teams in the CL, but Europa League you get totally different games like this one between Rangers and Dortmund...

Rangers have been great but Dortmund look so shit - even we would beat them

The europa league has really found it’s feet in the last 2/3 years. It’s a proper competition any of the English clubs should be proud to win.

Rangers aren't through yet, if Dortmund can get Haaland fit I wouldn't put it past them putting in a blitzing at Ibrox. No away goals rule of course.

But Dortmund's defence, and defending from midfielders as well, was just criminally bad today and all credit to Rangers for exploiting it to the max.

There's a lot of good clubs that don't make the CL knockout stages.

Rangers ahead.

Are there away goals in this competition?
No UEFA scrapped away goals in all their tournaments for this season.

Dortmund look more than likely to score a couple more in the second half, they threw the kitchen sink at Rangers after they went behind and Rangers couldn't cope.

The Rangers' disallowed goal just now is an absolute disgrace of a decision. How can VAR and the ref actually come to that conclusion? The incompetence is astounding.

So UEFA have made decision. All home National and club matches involving Ukrainian or Russian teams to be played outside of those countries, first example of this will be Spartan Moscow, whoever they draw today they will have to play first match away and what should be their home game at a neutral venue. They could get Rangers

Spam going out to the eventual Champions then. Hope Lamela plays, shithouses a bit, scores and shouts COYS COYS COYS Lucas-style into the camera.

So West Ham play Sevilla, hopefully that is them out.

could be quite interesting over there as night before West Ham play in Seville, Frankfurt are playing Betis, and we know from first hand experience their police don’t hold back and with 4 teams out and about in the city, could get lively

Just been confirmed all Russian clubs are banned, which leaves a question of what to do with Spartak Moscow's tie against RB Leipzig.

I guess the options are:
1) Give Leipzig a bye to the QF
2) Reinstate Napoli, who came 2nd in Spartak's group but lost the play-off round, to face Leipzig
3) Reinstate Leicester, who came 3rd in Spartak's group, to face Leipzig, and reinstate Randers to the Conference League where they lost the play-off to Leicester.

Just a bye for Leipzig I would think. This isn't a case of doping for example where you need to go back, this is all about punishing current actions.
