Never sure about subbing on a player for a pen unless they are a real specialist.
They are cold, barely touched a ball and not gone through the physical and mental sacrifice over the course of the ebb and flow of a game

Rarely seen a more deserving winner of an european competition than Frankfurt.
With their energy they pulled so many people in Germany on their journey and made their lack of quality up with fight and pure will.

Happy for them , want to see us celebraring like that soon....

What an unbelievable penalty to win it. Right team won as has been said, especially as it’s doubtful they’ll be back in a major euro final anytime soon

Im surprised we are not looking at Rangers Calvin Bassey. He was superb for the Scottish side on their run to the Europa final.

He's tall, aggressive and fast and although born on Italy was raised in London so counts as home grown, being in Leicester's academy.

He's a left footed and plays lcb or can even.play left back. Only just 22 years of age and Rangers would sell for £20 million with add ons. I believe Bassey is destined for big things and would be a really astute signing.

Based on your description he'd fit best in a back four so makes sense why we're not looking at him.
