Poch needs to seriously understand that the fans are 1000000% on his side, I’ve said this before he needs to put some pressure on the board, stop with this respect bullshit it clearly doesn’t work

Sometimes the best needs to act like c**ts to get what they want

But then he'd be like the Mourinho's of this world ...

You couldn't really. I'm at the point now with Spurs, where I think the longer ENIC are the gatekeepers - the quicker we will decline. This season has been one monumental fuck up after another & yet Teflon and his muppets continue relentlessly..

I’m confident that under ENIC from now on, any “decline” will see us freefalling and hurtling to....

6th place

It’s a real first world problem. Criticise the failure to take the final step but it’s safe to say ENIC have us in a better place overall.

I don’t think Poch is immune from criticism in all of this. He sacrificed that game today. I think it’s a poor decision given we stand no chance of winning the other two competitions we are left in. I understand the top four argument, but don’t agree with it.

He’s being too nice and PC in the media toeing the company line, its pissing me off. Say what you really think Poch, you have nothing to lose. Fans will turn on Levy not you.

I'm not. I think it's naive to think that our lack of signings is purely down to the board. He's deluded and thinks that for the most part what we have is good enough. At the same time the fact that the board couldn't deliver Jack fucking Grealish is pathetic.

Poch honestly believes there isn't a player in world football not named Frenkie de Jong that couldn't improve this squad? ...

Levy takes shit loads of (deserved) blame for the messes he creates, he causes a lot (loads!), but fuck a duck, at what point does hubris overtake being a good coach?

I always take any ITK with a big pinch of salt.
I think the scenario of:

“okay Poch we have got about £15m for you to buy a CM this window following Dembele’s sale here is a list of CMs we maybe could get.”

and his reply being: “okay thanks but none of those are worth adding to the squad we need individuals who’d cost about £40m”

“We don’t have £40m, we have £15m”

“Okay I guess I’ll just play Skipp then”

Is much more feasible.

This probably won't be a popular opinion, but if we fail to strengthen again this summer, without sacrificing a key player to do so, Poch should go. I'd love it if he chose to stay in those circumstances, but he would be a fool.

Mourinho on his day was one of the best manager in the world who won a lot of titles

I’m saying that Poch needs to put pressure on the BOARD not drag out the players like Mourinho did
What if he is in agreement with the BOARD? Levy and the other two members who make up the 'transfer committee' ....

Shout at Levy and whoever else was involved with the likes of the Grealish fuck up by all means.

If he really is in agreement with the board then boy I can’t help him, he then needs to seriously start looking at himself and this club and see that we’ve gone backwards instead of forwards and stop acting like a hero who doesn’t need help

But I believe he wants a certain type of players and the board can’t give him that and he doesn’t want the cheaper options, so that’s why I say he needs to put pressure on the board

How does that help the club?
ENIC need to feel some pressure, a disgruntled fan base doesn’t help with sponsors and lets be honest the only thing they understand is cash. I got pelters in the summer for saying they were milking the fans so they could build a property empire to sell. I think that is evident to far more people now.

World class coach but little improvement from him tactically in the last few years. Questionable with regards to substitutions also. Love the guy but I’d like to see some improvement in these areas.

You take it with a pinch of salt unless it fits your own narrative, I understand that, that's the internet in a nutshell.

We've (Tottenham) have obviously become unable to scout and target central midfielders that don't play for top tier talent and won't cost as much as our record transfer signing. If that's where we're at, then we're fucked.

his job is to get the club top 4. Everything rests on that. So when his resources are stretched, his employers want him to prioritise Watford over today. so he does.
