There is obviously a big difference in pressure to perform though from this relatively nice training environment to a derby.

Pretty impressive stuff by Poch, considering he was a centre half as well.
You can tell Poch is still very competitive...there's a video of him and Luke Shaw at Southampton playing two touch tennis and he gets well into it.
I suppose once you're competetive it's there for life.

Didn't know he actually worked for us. Plays non-league too.

Of course Poch still has it though... you don't play in World Cups unless you're one of the best.
