I have a feeling we'll only end up with Traore and, hopefully, a new contract for Hugo.

With Sanchez, Winks, Sess, and now Bergwijn coming back from the brink we're only (once Son, Dier and Romero return) an attacking RWB from fielding a decent starting eleven and a second striker from the bare bones needed for squad cover.
I can't see us getting Vlahovic in for January so can see us holding out until the Summer along with the potential free transfers we've been looking at.

I should imagine, as we only have to get through 19 league games with no European football, it's a gamble the club would be willing to take.

The number of signings is dwindling!

Alasdair Gold:
football.london understands that Spurs are confident that they will make at least one addition to Conte's squad before the window closes, if not more.

McGrath been a pretty decent source on Spurs recently. Possibly the first to break the Emerson Royal signing in the summer.

This is a sort of signing that will make a direct impact on our first team squad. This is good news to hear if true.

Traore and Kessie would be a good window.

It also adds some much-needed physicality to the team that we've missed since Wanyama and Dembele.
