Yeah I agree. I just hope we dont leave ourselves with only one LB, even if it's an upgrade. Don't want to see either Verts or Naughton playing there

To be honest as much as Coentrao is exactly what we need on the left, I'd rather we cut the phone lines and stay the feck away from those Francoist scumbags.

Don't get me wrong I still think we'll have him for another season, just not quite as confident as I was a few weeks ago.

It is starting to make me suspicious. I know we've had so much saying he's staying but I can't help but wonder if he's changed his mind and DL & co are keeping things quiet. The whole idea of dealing with RM, plus the fact we've been linked with some big money signings (Soldado, Coentrao, McCarthy) on top of Paulinho & Chadli. They've not happened yet but spending that sort of money is absolutely unheard of at Spurs without some significant sales revenue. I really hope i'm wrong.

Have not seen much of him for Real Madrid but you tube the game vs athletico. He looks very good. I'm not worried about bale being sold this year. I think if all the players come off that we are hearing about then levy and Lewis are really trying to push us forward and we could seriously push for top 2. If we managed that then why would bale want to leave!

I couldn't agree more. Parker, Huddlestone, BAE/Rose (Either/or), Dempsey, Ade/Defoe (Either/Or), etc. That's quite a good bit of money.

I think we can start shitting ourselves if we get linked to Lamela or another left-footed RW player. For now, let's just assume Lewis really did just make unheard of amounts of funds available.
