If we're getting a surprise loan from Madrid, I'd say it'll be Jese/Morata. As nice as Ozil would be, it looks like we're pretty close to signing Eriksen and we couldn't fit both into our 1st XI. A young and promising striker, however, would go down very well, and suits Madrid more - give their youngster more playing time whilst also extending a middle finger to Chelsea.

Can't see us having a 'surprise' signing, to me that indicates someone we haven't been linked with and is world class. Can't see how that it's under wraps with everyone around the world, no ITK on it and we suddenly announce it out the blue.

I'm expecting 2 more in addition to Lamela and even that's ambitious considering the money we've already spent

So one more signing it is then!

Fair play to Levy and those involved in our transfers this summer. I was worried that we'd end up losing our three star players in Modric, VDV, and Bale, but it looks like we've replaced them with Lloris, Verts, Dembele, Capoue, Paulinho, Soldado, and Lamela.

Still need more creativity, but that's some impressive transfers.

I fully expect us to sign Vlad and Eriksen and the guy loaned from RM I would guess would most likely be that young forward we were trying to sign as part of the GB transfer, Morata.

Other than that, who knows but I'd be fairly certain that Vlad and Eriksen will be next in line to come in.

But this time we have plenty of quality signings to compensate. I can't imagine Madrid would have any Frazier Campbells on their books! (Though he did beat City at the weekend.).

Vlad, Eriksen, Lamela. Add in a LB and Striker, and this has been the best window I have ever seen. In fairness, LB and Striker are only needed if Ekotto and Ade/Defoe go.
We have overhauled the squad, but taken the quality up and the average age down.
Brilliant.
Most underrated signing so far, Capoue, the new Beast. Our CM will dominate.

they're good but... they aren't good enough. he said the unintended consequence could mean someone potentially better than willian coming to WHL and that could only mean Di Maria/Ozil/Benzema/Kaka (even he's a stretch at better than Willian) imo
