Disappointing if we do get rid of Lennon, Capoue, Kaboul and Adebayor (all talked about last few hours about leaving on loan)
and sign absolutely no-one.

Definitely leaving ourselves even shorter, especially in attacking positions.

I think Kaboul and Capoue will leave on loan. Lennon, who knows what way that's going....but Adebayor will stay though, you can guarantee it. He has it comfy now, knows he won't play much but can sit back and collect his huge wage.

The MK Dons kid to come in and be loaned back (obvious) is the only, technical, incoming I see.

I'd definitely want some cover for Kane, but its not going to happen with Adebayor still here.

A bit underwhelming but expected and at least if we can shift some now we're in a healthier position for adding closer to the start of the summer window as opposed to scrambling about at the end, and any new signings will get a pre season.

If Kane gets injured in the next few weeks though, meltdown will ensure on here!

Disagree on that. We need pace and the ability to take on compacted boxes on the dribble, something J Rod has never had to do. He excels at running in behind into space, which is something Saints are afforded much more of than we are. J Rod would be very similar to Chadli, and hence make us all the more predictable and easy to prepare for. We need someone entirely different from our current options and Chadli in particular, someone who looks at a stacked box and sees nothing but ankles for the snapping, rather than as a sandbagged wall as our wingers too often unfortunately see them.
I'll just have to hope Poch knows a little more about him than you, otherwise we're in trouble ;) Oh for the days when wingers could go past defenders.

The parasite **** Adebayor has turned down West Ham

FFS we are stuck with him
I don't see him leaving until next summer when his contract expires! Just pay him off we need shot and he won't leave otherwise

Am I the only one happy Oduwa is going to league 2? Basically an education of what your career would be like if you don't put the effort in. He will hopefully get games and progress.

I don't like the guy, never have. And this winds me up so much because Levy thought he was being clever and getting one over City. Well this one is biting him in the ads just like the re-signing of lifelong supporter Robbie Keane

Keane always put in a shift and had passion, Ade is the polar opposite, has all the talent in the world but far more interested in his wallet than anything else amd just does the bare minimum to earn it

Haha he undoubtedly does and I'd always remain hopeful, but I think Rodriguez would come in with the perk of playing both striker and wide, and I think we need an outright pacey winger who can go past those defenders. I want to see signs that Poch recognizes the difference between how teams play against us and how they did against Saints, and Rodriguez at LW would contradict that IMO.

isn't Harry keen on him too? common Tony! open your wallet! Airasia can afford it. i think.

If QPR are relegated then Ade's wages will look like peanuts to that club. Adebayor shouldn't even need to move house to play for a London club. And if Pochettino doesn't play him for the rest of the season then isn't that going to have a BIG impact on Adebayor's next wage packet? If Ade is savvy then he'll make the smart move and play elsewhere.

not liking him is one thing, but calling him "a ****" and "a parasite" like the poster you quote did is just moronic.

he's out of favour for us, but until he's somewhere else he's still a Spurs player... not very supportive from a supporter.

small bits from trix: I was told the only one who'd be allowed to go on loan without an option to buy at the end was Ade. Guess we will see in a few hours or so.The manager desperately wants Ade gone(and the other two to a much lesser extent). It wouldn't be letting him down if Ade is out of the way I can assure you.

Delle Alli is complicated by the fact that it involves a loan back. MK Dons manager was on talksport saying the fee has been agreed so perhaps we are just waiting on paperwork.

We're not bringing anyone in so not sure why us reducing amount of players at club is reason to celebrate. It's up to Poch who decides to play. If players are refusing to leave let them chill out in the reserves. Us as fans don't get a cut of loan fees, I don't get why people are bothered.

Then just fucking cancel his his contract if we want him off so bad! If he refuses to leave(and he probably does), pay him off to cancel the contract. Come on, Daniel. Cut your losses.
