RE: Herc's ITK... I'm delighted to hear that Jose sees the purchase of a CH, more as 'nice to have', as opposed to a 'we are buggered if we don't do this' situation. Sounds like we'll stick to our guns and if Inter blinks, we get what we want. If not, potential other options. If not... than January we revisit if needed. This also kinda implies that Jose has a high degree of confidence in Tanganga, because with Aurier staying, Foyth leaving, he very much becomes our fourth choice CB.

History says we never really revisit. We need a leader at the back. Dier, Alderweireld and Sanchez are all good player but none of them are leaders.

There is another couple possibly in the arena, that includes Diop. As mentioned already, if we don’t bag a CH Josè not bothered. Possibly revisit in January. Dele was contemplating exploring new pastures. He wants to stay and fight. Contrary to some outlets saying Josè and him don’t get on us not correct. More to this, but not sharing here.

Pretty sure he's always had a pair of legs but if he's grown a 3rd one or 4th or he's just got taller then if that's what we've been waiting for I suppose Jose does always demand a bit 'extra' from his players.

In all seriousness brilliant update Herc and sounds like we are all in on Skrinjar but its poker faces all round and could be a tricky one to get over the line and we know Levy will walk away if we're being asked to just pay an unreasonable amount above what we value the player/target at. Just cannot see Rudiger or Diop happening simply because I see no scenario where either of those teams sell to us, we are serious competiion for Chelsea for top 4 and giving us Rudiger could tip us over in that battle as he gives us excellent CB depth, West Ham hate us and Diop is one of their best players, fans are already fuming with their owners and this would be like pouring petrol on a bombfire so if Jose is happy with the 4 CB's we have now inc Tanganga then no stress on this but if we can get the Inter Milan lad then its the bloody cherry on the huge cake we've been given this tw.

Skriniar is clearly our number 1 target, but I have a feeling we would get Rudiger, if Skriniar doesn't happen.
As for the possible midfielder that was mentioned before, how about a swap deal with Bournemouth, CCV going to them permanently and Brooks coming to us on loan with option to buy? Could be a decent squad option and HG.

Please don’t take this as a slight (spelling?), but do you need to say about the not prepared to share or can’t share here? I really appreciate your info, and I’m sure you post as much as you feel able to, but it isn’t necessary. We are happy as it is.

Great window to be sure. If Skriniar also gets done, will seem that DL has given Mourinho what he needs. Mourinho has given Ndombele what he needs and, it appears, Dele. ITK's have certainly delivered for us fans.

All in all (and it could get better) hugely effective window. Deadline day still to come too, and then another. So much realistic optimism for those who are Spurs fans. Time to learn to win. United, next.

The ITK has been in full flow and thanks for keeping us in the loop!
Kane finally has support and the additions are mouth watering, the RM lads was enough for me! Its also good to hear it was Dele seeking new pastures rather than us forcing him out. Either way glad he is staying .
Seems like a long season ahead with lots of uncertainty though we are better prepared than ever, and with the mindfucker Mourinho we have a 12th man!

Not done but this one is more likely than not and will re-iterate that if it’s not him it’s nobody.

I worry more for Dier that he is a leader, but perhaps isn't actually a good player
