I was struggling very much to reconcile "give Conte what he wants" and "Conte wants Zaniolo". Then I remembered that what I think about it is completely benign and irrelevant.
This is how I thought it would be! If we agree a deal for Zaniolo surely we get it done. Players will leave it may just be on loan as opposed to permanent.Good to read Trix posts, pretty much prioritising outgoings but not exclusively on outgoings and we still have scope on the outgoing/incoming running order.
Im pretty sure a criticism aimed at Paratici from his time at Juventus was his inability to sell players, he’s apparently not as good at selling as he is at buying apparently
Was having this debate with a mate last week over the De Jong circus.I could not disagree more.
Selling a player who may not want to leave is extremely difficult. They are on a contract (likely earning more than any interested clubs want to pay) so there is a four way issue.
Buying clubs value
Selling clubs value
Financial obligations of selling club to player
Player just does not want to take a perceived step down.
Paratici is experienced at this and will clear the decks. We have obviously been buying before we sell, and we can't just keep adding to total squad numbers indefinitely.
Probably did us a favour in the long run.I hope we give rennes nothing. They are on my shit list for the europa league fiasco
Not least with the world cup coming up too.Rennes are building a good team, decent loan for him!

Bit by bit we're getting more outgoing information confirming things are moving along.
You'd hope.If both Rodon & Tanganga loaned or sold, surely, we are bringing in a CB in...hopefully a very good one
Not if its an option. Surely a mandatory buy would be betterThat’s a pretty good deal for all I’d say, hopefully a buy back in there
If we were only going to sell/loan one or the other I fear we’ve let the wrong one goYou'd hope.
My guess is Tanganga stays.
