I'm pretty confident that POTL's comment yesterday "expect movement tomorrow" was in reference to outgoings. Our dealings inbound will be a last day thing, as usual. We want to get the FA Cup game out of the way, obviously...

Really hope POTL was right and Keane is one of the outs today, papers are full of Keane to West Ham this morning so hopefuly it will happen today or tomorrow, here's hoping

Have a hunch O'Hara will be heading to WH along with Keane

so, digressing slightly. Who reckons Jose will be our manager in the not too distant future?

Not unless Harry goes down. I expect him at Liverpool if Dalglish doesn't cut the mustard, or City if they don't win the league.

I was thinking Mourinho for manager in the future, sending us some
Of his stars VDV and possibly others...I would put money on him being next manager.

One of the outs would seem to be Keane, I'd expect the other to be either Gio or O'Hara on a loan deal.

Would anyone come in for OHara while he is still trying to get fit? same could be said with Woodgate though, i still think it could be Pav and Keane with a striker coming in

He wont be sending us Benzema then, because he doesn't seem to like him much

mate i would ignore that article, they are guessing....he has other options

you do know that gold and sullivan have told their supporters in a meeting on monday that keane is theirs and will cost them £2m for loan and a further £6m if they stay up - they were their cocky arrogant best and informed the spammer fans that they would get him cheaper as we are desperate to sell and we have informed Keane that he will not be in the 25 man squad.

Then they can go (insert suitable means of mutilation) themselves. I really would hate for him to go there and score the goals to keep them up.

I've been thinking that for some time. Mind you, it'll take the planets aligning in a certain way for everything to fall into place, I can't see Fergie or The Fiddler leaving just yet, Mancini seems to have City going the right way and I don't think a return to Chelsea is on the cards.

That leaves us and Liverpool. Given a straight choice, i'd say we were the more attractive proposition, but then of course I would.........:)

think your about to be rewarded today for that mate:wink:

Thanks for passing on your info dude. Also I love your positivity over it all. Especially with THFC's ability to disappoint us on numerous occasions!

Mourinho as our manager? Well, I hope he's lost his unbeaten at home record by then, because it won't be around too long after he takes the job here.

Can't see it, myself. Wouldn't be able to afford him, for a start. Next United manager, I think.

But what then for Harry? Even with his current achievements? VDV, for one, absolutely loves him. Would he want the man who froze him out at Real for a boss again? And would we actually play attractive football, or just the Jose era win at all costs stuff?

Me

I've believed it for the past few years and still think it'll happen :p

Not sure if anyone on here remembers our "Mourinho for Spurs" campaign before he won the UEFA cup at Porto :p

considering DL's fantastic relationship with Jose and the fact that DL spent alot of time trying to pursuade Jose a few season's ago, i think its more than just a possibility...

Regarding any movement. Surely outgoings are more likely than signings. Gio, Keane, O'hara. None of them will realistically feature for the rest it the season. We need to trim our squad to fit the 25 and get their wages off the bill. You would think we're actively trying to offload them and they leave, qt least on loan. If we are to sign a new striker Pavlyuchenko will need to go too otherwise the position will be well over subscribed. Regarding Diarra. As much as I like him, we have modric, Huddlestone, Jenas, Palacios and Sandro. Can Redknapp justify signing another CM before selling?
