So another day of conflicting reports.

Yesterday Many of the papers running with Bale to RM "done" (we might need to ban that word soon )
But it appears that we are as far from being done as we were in May.
This should be stopped NOW! RM have had all summer (and probably longer with our bloody "special relationship" and Levy should be looking at the Suarez and Rooney situations and how the players have been told they are not being sold.
This season is the season we have been building for since ENIC took over, and we cannot shoot ourselves in the foot this late on.

I think we are acting very professional in not using the media. Quiet is the new loud.

But, genuinely, you lot are wonderfully bi-polar. I am more excited by what we have rather than the potential of mourning what we might/should/could have. Lets just rejoice that this window has seen us sign marvellous players (with more to come it seems). Sit back and enjoy watching a man in his prime doing what he does best.

If Bale is aware of that then there's not a lot he can do but sit tight & wait, and if Madrid, by some unlikely chance, failed to come up with the moolah, then he'd know exactly how much they wanted him.
Obviously it'll get done but it's interesting how it's panning out.

My son (our first) arrived on Saturday night. Good luck mate.

This is just a tactic our part, pretty sure about that. Just giving Madrid a strong nudge to give us that little bit extra needed to meet our demands/terms....and the sooner the better sort of thing.

Something just doesn't add up properly.
This whole debacle has been just messed up from the start, lots of little twists and turns. Something isn't quite right somewhere with the whole Bale to Madrid thing.
I think it's still 50/50 as to whether he'll stay or go.
Don't think it's a clear cut thing yet.
Too much conflicting report, too much conjecture, too much wrong speculation, lots of weird things going on - injuries, holidays, back in training, AVB comments shifting slightly, another bid come in etc etc.

Something just doesn't seem quite right.
It's not a simple deal, granted, and there'll be a huge amount of posturing from both sides, but behind closed doors, this deal would have been very simple to complete. Agree the fee, agree the structure. If Real haven't actually BID yet, what the fuck.....?!?!?
