It was but tbf we don't know the context of the whole convo so perhaps wires crossed.

Edit: Yeah I had a look myself and it was 100% in response to Sevilla/Reguilon. However, the context was Sevilla are struggling to afford even a loan deal so I think it could be construed as we're looking at a swap instead but alternatively it could just be a remark about loans are meant to be the easiest and they can't even get that done. They're making somewhere between 40-60 mill on Kounde in the next few days though.
