Tough game as always and Moyes will have them up for this one. I don't think we should look at it as 3 points in the bag. We'll need to play as we have done recently in the PL. They wont roll over for us.

Might be case to play Sissoko as they don't seem to have a recognised left back. Sold van Aarnolt and new signing Oviedo wasn't registered before midday. They might have to stick Lescott in there or a youth player.

Or just stick with the current back 3 and let Walker loose.

Sunderland home form since Dec.

Beat Leicester 2-1
Lost Chelsea 1-0
Beat Watford 1-0
Draw Liverpool 2-2
Draw Burnley 0-0 FA Cup
Lost Stoke 3-1

Scored 6, conceded 7

Recent form since Jan P5 L3 D2

On recent form we should win, at the very least we should get a draw. They have lost their last 3 games by 2 goals, so 2-0 or 3-1 to Spurs. COYS!

I'd be disappointed if we don't bag all three points here, get an early goal and we could destroy them. Hopefully Hugo has got his blunders out of his system. Dier can reduce defoe early on, let him know they'll be no sympathy from his old club.....Fancy dembele to score tonight too.

I don't expect them to roll over. They need to start picking up points fast!

I'll take any kind of win.

It'll be a game of them sitting deep as fudge and whacking the ball in the general direction of Defoe, hoping he'll find himself through on goal or win a free kick or corner from which they can nick something. They are poor as fudge, but no games are won before it starts.
