Yep couldnt agree more. Both our wingbacks were caught out derensively all game against saints and then when we had the ball they both wasted it repeatedly.
we,ve got the only Brazilian player in the world,
who can't dribble , and beat a player

How have we ended up with such shite choices for wingbacks, must be the worst in the league ?‍♂️ I fear for us today.
Sess played well at LWB vs Liverpool only a few weeks back and Doherty was class for wolves ? as a RWB he’s just never been given a chance there for us in a well functioning team so I’m actually excited to see what they can both do and Reggi and especially Emerson we’re v poor vs Southampton and I don’t think Doherty or Sess will be any worse.

My biggest gripe with the lineup, bench is white and scarlett, if there is no intention of using them from the bench its doing us or them no favours as neither are really playing any football recently. Im not suggesting they start but would make more sense allowing them to play for the u23s and then still make the bench.

Relieved we don't have to face Traore.

Would prefer us to play with 3 in the middle and Kane and Son up top, I know Conte is trying to get us familiar with his preferred system but with the players we have we tend to compete better with the 3 in the middle.

Alright, so before we get started, just want to make sure I’m on the same page: which player do we all know isn’t quite good enough, that we all agree is a temporary solution to a position that needs filled and when they make their first mistake today we are going to harp on it repeatedly and act like we all had no idea they weren’t that good to begin with?

Everyone not named Romero, Kane, Son and maybe (let’s see how the first 2 minutes go) Bentancur? Got it.

With the U23's playing the day before the seniors, i can see why they didnt play.
If it was the other way around, i would hope they would get a game for the u23's if they didnt play for the seniors

They don't run past him like they do past Winks though. I'd like to see him next to Bentancur where he's not got to do the covering for both of them.

True but just because he is better at this than Winks doesn’t mean he good at it.
Winks has other qualities (despite what you read on here) that PEH doesn’t.
Personally I’d like to see a 2 of Bentancur and Skipp when Skipp is fit again and if it’s a 3 Skipp Bentancur and Klusleski

I'm glad Doherty is starting, he deserves at least a chance and winks performance after peh was subbed was good.

I'm also happy to see bentancur and sess.

However - sess, Doherty, winks, Sanchez, Davies, Lucas and a new signing all from the start worries the hell out of me.

I get everyone's frustrations with Winks (I've shared them0 but I'm hoping that he can be moulded to play Conte's style. In the right system he's ok on his day.

When Skipp comes back then I would swap them but there's worse backups.
