It’s not rotation, it’s injuries. No way does Jose rotate for this game with winter break up next and it our only realistic chance of silverware
Why has he changed the back 4 again?
That doesnt make sense unless Toby is injured as well.

I hope Gedson gets a run out early second half. Eventhough he was anonymous in the first game i got an irrational good feeling about the lad and the more game time he gets the quicker he'll acclimatise.

Not very happy with that team. We have 6.5 defensive players on the pitch - 3.5 attack minded players, depending how we classify Sessegnon. We've come to park the bus.

I feel really sorry for Lamela. Injury has ruined his career. Its pointless thinking what if. But one has to feel for a guy who gives his all when hes fit and obviously loves the club. I know that's not enough and football is a ruthless business. But I have a lot of sympathy for the lad. I can see him going back to Argentina this summer.

This is why we need to sell him if there are any takers in the summer. I know that won’t be popular, but sadly the guy is a walking injury.

Definitely. I love what he brings to the side but if he's only ever fit for a third of every season it's just not enough. I think it would be refreshing to replace him with another attacking option who is actually available for selection for most of the season.

Im convinced theres something very wrong with our medical and sport science staff. The amount of injuries we have every season is egregious. Players come who didnt get hurt in the past and immediately suffer multiple injuries. It’s insane.

On a side note, I do wish Parrot was given a chance from the start. Its not as if we have many attacking options tonight.

Im signing.off now as I piggy back my Dads BT Sport account using my phone and mirror onto tv which means I cant use my fkin phone for next 2 1/2 hours. Bloody annoying but stops me wanking at porn at half time so that has to be a good thing.

I love him as a player. Probably my favourite (still).
I think he’s inconsistent (most likely because he can’t stay fit and get a proper run of games!), but when he’s at it he’s a proper player: it’s simply to infrequent and we can’t carry players like that when the reward is so sparse.

Really disappointing side forced by injuries. Our injury luck is a fucking joke. It’s just constant.

Have. feeling we may struggle in CM.

I thought that.
Then I thought what does egregious mean.

Maybe the fitness training we've had has taken it's toll.

That is a very interesting lineup. Allows for plenty of tactical flexibility in and out of possession.

Winks and Tanguy in a double 8, either side of Dier as the Pivot. Son as a false 9 with two wingers. But it can easily become a double pivot, or even a back 3 with two wingbacks.

Jose is fascinating.
