Yep and to be fair most of us did say this about poch time and time again. He was brilliant for us BUT if he was more tactically astute he’d have won something with us 100%

We would of lost/drawn that game at 0-2 if Poch was in charge. So refreshing to have more pro-active subs!

Alli and Kane getting into some seriously good form which is nice and Eriksen played much better today and helped us turn this around

It's actually the sign of a great coach to admit you've got it wrong early on. He doesn't care about looking like a fool.

Jose should take full credit for this.

The thing with this is that Poch would never have made the changes Jose did. Pochs in game management was poor whereas Jose is a highly skilled tactician who doesn't care what needs to be done to get the result- even if it means bringing a sub in after 30 mins.

If we are going for this system going forward, we need a DM and Ndombele alongside him.

For the remainder of this season and taking into account the upturn in individual performances the only area we look poor is central midfield. Dier meh, Winks not much better. Ndombele or Lo Celso + an athletic DM has to be the way forward.
