With respect - the players playing Ndombele, Lo Celso, Gill, Sessegnon, Doherty, Rodon - where big money signings - Levy has his problems - but the recruitment has been apalling.

This team is 200 million in value playing Morecambe - and you're trying to deflect the blame onto Levy - it's the PLAYERS who should be held to account on this occasion!!!

I'd say a pretty large rebuild has happened. Just 90% of the signings have been shit. There's what 3 players in the team today that were in the champions league final squad.

The club thinking academy kids like Tanganga are better than they are. Miles off the quality of our rivals academy kids. Compare him to Chalobah for example.

I don't get the criticism of Brian Gil. He's physically challenged in this league but there is an absolute player in there.. We won't know how much of a player but He is still green, fearless, and does have the ability to take on players which is something this club is sorely lacking at the moment. Yes he makes multiple mistakes but he gives it his all And is still developing. He's not the finished product but that finished product could be special

I know what you mean but looking back at previous season stats, apart from Lo Celso when he scored 8 in 27 for Betis and Dele from 4-5 seasons back, none of this line-up have a history of scoring goals and creating chances regularly.

Of the attacking players today:
Sessengon - 22goals in 106 for Fulham so 1 goal every 5 games at a much lower level
Doherty - 20 goals in 260 for Wolves
Winks - 2 goals in 114 games
Ndombele - 10 goals in 150 games
Gil - 10 goals in 80 games (at a much lower level mostly)
Lo Celso - 17 goals in 260 games
Dele - 70 goals in 240 games (only one of these players with a decent goal history but one who's not regularly scored goals or performed well for a good 4-5 seasons now)

So I don't agree that half a dozen of the players should be capable of scoring against Morcambe as most of them have never been capeable of scoring goals.

Aside from Kane and Son and Lucas at a push we have pretty much no-one who regularly creates and scores goals, its a massive issue.

I feel for the kid. His enthusiasm is going to die at the altar of Dele, Ndombele and Lo Celso needing minutes at this rate. I still think the lad has a bright future.

So frustrating that guys who play about five games a season for the likes of City and Chelsea tend to bust a gut when they get an opportunity, while our lot don't even seem to have any level of embarrassment about phoning it in when they're asked to do a job...
