tanganga what a versatile man mountain! wasn't flawless by any means but spurs looked less shakey with him around that's for sure! MOM

also played out the game carrying an injury or two not that he cared much!

Definitely felt like we deserved point(s), which is more than I can say for our last few losses. Mourinho's tactics felt more tailored to the players he fielded as well. More optimistic than I was before the match.

That was shit. None of this 'we put up a good fight in the second half' shit. Liverpool were strolling about in 2nd gear while we were shit in every department.

Yeah, we do this to ourselves way to often. Matches always change during the last 15-10 mins depending on the score. We did play better, absolutely. But a part of that is that Liverpool backed off their high press and started to focus on not conceding.

If the only part of a match that a team plays well is the last 10 minutes then maybe, just maybe it has more to do with how your opponent played the last 10 minutes.

Decent performance overall under the circumstances, but the players should be disappointed because we should have scored in the second half and come away with a draw. They shouldn't be happy with a defeat. We lacked composure on the break and a bit of cutting edge.

For all those that think we are going backwards can jog the f on. Just get in 4-5 players in the next couple of windows and we can be up there again no doubt

Formation works, but I still don't like the "give the ball up" approach.

Counter attacking football should still be with direct passes not aimless hoofs

Surely the tipping point is being reached now where Mourinho realizes it's time to put more faith in Lamela and GLC and less in others (being diplomatic ;) )

This point so much. We're not plucky spurs happy with not getting a mauling. They have only finished above us three times out of the last 10 seasons, no way should they be ahead of us. It's embarrassing that we as fans have this roll over for Liverpool mentality. Yes there were positives to the second half, namely the argentines, but I'm furious with the loss.

Without Kane it’s clear we won’t score as many but hopefully that means we are tighter at the back like today & take our chances when they come !

So Lo Celso and Son score. We end Liverpool's unbeaten run and it's still shit then is it?
But if Son scores, Lo Celso doesn't get that chance. How hard is that for fans, pundits, commentators to understand. I hear that shit every week

I don't think we're going backwards. I think we already went backwards.

But surely 4-5 players away is where we were 6 years ago
