It’s funny, tactically I think we’ve been quite good. We were never gonna attack them but for the main we’ve marshalled them well - except for the goal. A few better passes and we might have scored ourself. I don’t get the negativity.

People seriously thought we were going to come out and try and play football against Liverpool? With no midfield? That's exactly the same principal when Poch decided he was going to try and go toe to toe with City that year and got fucking schooled.

The levels of delusion in here when people have prefaced this match as nothing but a loss it's fucking shocking.

Despite Liverpool being the best team (surprise) I think we’ve done good and Tanganga saved our asses in the first minute of the game. Gazzaniga did a couple of good saved which kept us in the game and saved us from a 0-2 to Liverpool. Rose can fuck off and Sessegnon may enter in the 2nd half

TBH we are playing OK in the system given, which is going to put anyone in possession under pressure, with no out ball players are having to take an extra touch or just kick it into an area or take a risk with a trick or beating a man.

It's not ideal and can lead to players looking poor when they have no option (although some can do that when the have plenty )

We need to be braver this half, showing more for the ball all over the pitch, GLC and Lamela would help with that.

Whilst we’ve been utter shite for about 13 months I’m amazed that we are still (after a managerial change) persisting with Eriksen and Dele when they have been shite. Jose has seemed quick to oust Ndombele but won’t drop CE who’s been piss poor for ages and is off as soon as he gets a decent offer

Quite correct, his job is to support the manager and obtain the manager's targets and dispose of players the mansger no longer wants, Levy just counts the pennies and when things go wrong pulls the trigger!

I blame Levy for the overall mess. But i also blame Jose for persisting with Alli, and not playing lo celso n lamela. Even a blind man can see were clear game changers in the past games, but not mourinho
