This formation was great for a tactical fix to Jose's fist few days, but it is so easy to play against once you know what we are doing. A 2 man CM of Dier and Sissoko is weak. Aurier is exposed, and Verts is a sitting duck against pace. Amazed Jose has not come up with something better than this after over a month with the players. Eriksen, Lo Celso and Ndombele would all massively improve this XI.
