I would also say, all the concerns about Lo Celso not starting, and comments about Danny Rose, everyone criticised Poch for not being very good tactically. Jose is obviously very meticulous in his approach and has obviously picked personnel to suit his tactical approach. This is what we wanted.

Sissoko isn't a right winger though, he'll be tucked in with Aurier overlapping. I'd love to see Lo Celso in that roile but it seems more cautious to go with the experienced Sissoko for now. Great to see Ndombele start as well. Essentially will become a 3 in centre midfield with, Dier, Ndombele and Sissoko.

Was expecting Vertonghen to start left back tucked in so looking forward to see how he does there. Shame Sess isn't on the bench though.

I get that, and hopefully he wit come off the bench, but if he doesn't I'm not sure how he's supposed to adjust to the league if he doesn't play. He obviously won't start against utd. I reckon the first time we will see him will be the pointless game against Munich.

I think it’s a solid lineup. Aurier will essentially be playing on the right wing with Sissoko tucked in as more of a box to box runner. Quite an industrious side but we have nice options to bring on if we lack a bit of creativity.
