Top 4 could come down to goal difference & that’s 2 games in a row where we have thrown away in total a +4 goal swing

We just sat back after going 3-0 up & didn’t keep our composure when countering

Defense really not upto it the final 20, but ref was a mess the entire game
Should have been 5-1 and a man up if we had a semi-competent ref

Despite his decent game overall, Mourinho will be fuming with Ndombele for giving that silly free kick away. All the players would have known how good Wilson is at free kicks. We never looked like conceding until we gave them unnecessary hope. Goals change games.
I think, in fairness he misread the way the ball was moving. He went in to challenge a header, then decked the player as a result of the ball dropping. One of.those things.

Jose will iron out the problems. Not bad start for his first three games. At least it is enjoyable to watch as we look like we can score plenty.

We had the problems with our defence before Jose came and we were losing. We have the same problem but now we are winning.

A lot easier to fix when winning that's for sure.

Much to be positive about. Much to work on. We should really have been 4 or 5 up before they even scored but for wastefulness from Son and poor passing around their box.

Patience everyone. We've won 3 on the trot and our defence is clearly a work in progress. At least give it a few weeks before you lose your shit.

Another clusterfuck of a last 15mins of a game, should of buried Bournemouth but shit decision making and/or piss poor final pass let us down. And then just switch off completely defensively. First free kick was brainless to concede and I think Gazza should be saving it - poor starting position and the ball doesn’t really go in the corner at all

And then it’s panic stations where we lack composure and do things like that Lucas header, or Sissoko playing their striker through on goal in the 96th minute. Maddening!! Because we played pretty well

We are 5th and only 6 points off a Champions League place. Some people are never happy.

I’m very happy overall. We couldn’t buy a league win for a while and now we have two in a row. Jose will hopefully sort out the psychological issues with keeping teams at bay.

Things are infinitely better than they were two weeks ago.

I feel all enlightened.

The rules need tweaking though. Different hand ball rules for attackers and defenders is ridiculous, as is 1mm offsides.
Regarding handball, I don't see a problem with it. We have different rules for certain free-kicks, why is it a problem for certain handballs?

On offside decisions, to paraphrase the great Dominic Toretto, it doesn't matter if you're offside by an inch or a mile. Offisde's offside.

Awful defending at times, but a win is a win, Jose is a genius getting Sissoko to score........a winning goal no less! ?COYS

6 goals conceded in 3 games

It's ironic, defensively worse under mourhino but better attack
Which is a bit worrying, Surely Mourinho should be sorting out the defence right now. The attack is more about confidence and belief which surely isn't rocket science.
