You can tell he doesn’t care anymore… when he first joined us he would haul players off in the first half/at half time and make multiple changes. Players would then be dropped or benched. Whereas these days the subs come on too late, they’re the opposite to what we need and when players are out of form they by some miracle retain their starting place.
