when is the last time, if ever, that one of our fullbacks scored 16 goals in a season, or even half that
Gareth Bale?

he's a wing back, same as our FBs
Hopefully, he'll talk to Patrick Roberts who was touted about as the next big thing, but didn't get a look in at Citeh.City and Utd seem interested and they can pay the money.
This post on the Friends of Fulham forum today sums up Sessegnon IMO (it's multi-quote so please follow the link)

"It is a valuable asset [his instinct/football IQ] but there is also a risk it will be held against him. As in, he is a better player than he looks. He's not as exciting or obviously talented as a Pat Roberts but he is such an intelligent player that he knows where to be all the time."
His football IQ is exceptional for his age, and whilst he doesn't have many standout technical qualities and still requires coaching to improve various aspects of his game, he has all the fundamentals in place which is rare for such a young player. I see him as a wing-back long-term. Will still be a huge wedge to spend on potential alone, however.
This, although they switched to a back 3 for the last 15 yesterday. No, he played on the left of an attacking three in a 4-2-3-1 majority of time.
Or as a left back, haven't seen him deployed as a wing back for Fulham yet as they play back four.
Have you watched much Fulham this year? Matt Target was signed on loan in January and plays left back for Fulham. Sessegnon rarely plays defence any more mainly playing on wing. Most of my fulham mates say he is a bit of a liability in defence and much better on the wing. Hence Targett came in on loan. He will no doubt improve defensively but he is every bit the winger rather than wing back at the moment.he's a wing back, same as our FBs
Snap him up
I genuinely thought PL and Championship teams just had new kits for every game...

Anyway, he is 18, I bet his mum did it.It's a nice story. Try not to overthink it.

He's perfect for LWB if 343 is going to be our long term formation.
I really can't see Sessegnon going for the 50M being thrown around. I think it's far more likely he goes for around 25-30M with some escalators. With ITK talk of if Fulham lose we'll try to sign him the maths don't add up. Most are saying around the 150m mark spend, but just de Ligt, Martial/equivalent and Sessegnon would equal about 150m and we haven't gotten on to what we need most, a CM.
Unless we're ditching idea of spending good money on a CM I really can't see Sess and a Martial coming. Only way to get it all would be ending up with a 200m spend and unless we're selling another first teamer that ain't happening.
God I hope so.I really can't see Sessegnon going for the 50M being thrown around. I think it's far more likely he goes for around 25-30M with some escalators.
