I'll take 3 points any day of the week. Overall deserved. Played well 2nd half (just our usual 10 minutes of scaring the shit out of the fans).

Weeks rest. Utd having to play Arsenal should give us a great chance against them.

For 30 minutes after half time we were sensational. One or two individual errors meant we didn't win by 3. Great performance particularly by our midfield.

Thought we were great today in what was potentially a tricky away game. Proud of the lads.......youngest team ever to be played since the premier league was formed......the future is bright!!!! One or two top class experienced players in the summer and we would be an even better team.

Not a great pitch or performance but gritty and did enough.
Although we love to give them something to fight for at the end...

Pleased for Sandro as he has had a horrid time with Injury and possible Sherwood hiring.

Dembele really didn't help towards the end there, dwelt more than usual taking far too many touches and caught in possession a lot for the time he was on.
If you saw that from what I typed then there's not much else I can say.

ffs Phil Neville, "the handball was accidental but should have been a penalty because it was going in". How can a pro and pundit be so clueless?

Pretty sure it would have hit him in the face if his hand hadn't of been there. Phil "Trying so hard to be exciting" Neville

And the other 'penalty' claim was pretty Grealish to me even after 20 run throughs in slow mo to try and build the controversy...

Can't friggin' believe Austin made that sliding block on the line from Eriksen.

Having watched MOTD and seen some of the 'incidents' again I think I'd be pretty pissed off if I was a QPR fan.

But I'm not so hurrah!

Just watched the highlights, winning ugly! Got very lucky today i think with a few lucky decisions. Great result though and fair play to qpr for giving it a real go

Don't think anyone cheered his goal against us

Heard a few chants of 'yiddo' in his direction when he was subbed though.
I was at the game, he got a very good ovation and chants of "yiddo" from the Spurs fans as he went off, but yeah no one celebrated his goal...

Actually, those four plus Vertonghen, if we could get him back to his best, plus a few others who still have a lot of possibility to improve - e.g. Walker, Mason, maybe Townsend.

And if we could get Dembele playing to his best consistently, he would be a great player - but will that ever happen?

... and, just thinking about it again, I've forgotten to mention Chadli. He has actually been as effective as Eriksen in terms of goals and assists, and probably more of a defensive/physical presence than Eriksen. So perhaps he could improve next season too?

So on a related topic - I'm not quite sure why he got so few minutes on the pitch over the last month or so, in our most crucial part of the season?

He went home because his father passed away.

@sloth

Is it Ok to form my opinion of Walker yet ?

You formed it about five years ago BC, and seen him through that prism ever since.

Fwiw though I don't think he's kicked on from promising beginnings, he's decent enough but definitely playing in a position where over the next 12 months we need him either to show good improvement, particularly in his speed of thought / decision making, or find/promote an alternative - basically for me he's not offering enough going forwards to justify his occasional defensive lapses.

I wonder if that Fiorentina moment passed through Soldado's mind when watching Harry Kane showing how its done.

Youngest team this season not since the PL was formed. :)

Goughie you may revel when we are on the up, but a Spur's supporter who says he "can't find a reason to complain' sets off too many alarm bells, sorry.... Don't be a two faced hypocrite now.

Have, or have you not said the below remarks word for word, this season:
"
Can someone explain how this shit group of players managed to get 69 points (3 less than our record amount) and finish 6th last season and inside 11 games drop to this level? We spent £100 million and were playing a team that included the likes of Walters, Sidwell and N'Zonzi. Stoke also lost 2 players to injury in the first 30 minutes.

I just don't understand how we go from 6th in May to where we are now in 11 games..... (I thought you were expecting us to be mid table??)

Poch to Adebayor - "stroll around for 90 minutes, don't run fella cos you have the malaria and that upset tummy won't get better if you over exert yourself. And none of that shooting at goal business, I won't stand for it. Take it nice and slow and you'll be firing on all cylinders come the ANC.

You know times are bad when Steve Sidwell and Mark Walters are running rings around us, dear oh dear...(I thought you never find a reason to complain?)

Rose has been an accident waiting to happen all night

Nice back heel from Ade, so that's what you get for £100k a week

Is Rose going to have one of those games

no one's mentioned Rose yet. I'm surprised Davies hasn't got a game tonight. Rose makes too many mistakes. He cost us a penalty at Liverpool and flicked on a great header on Sunday for Chelsea's opening goal.

Stop making excuses for them. Tired because they have to fly for 2 hours to Italy first class. Fuck sake, no wonder the game has gone to shit when there's fans like you that actually think this.

These players got 69 points and finished 6th last season. At the moment they look like finishing 6th bottom. So what's the reason then? The only difference is the manager

Sorry I didn't spot that Walker, Kane and Townsend start this game. I thought they just came on...

(Europa League) This is one tournament I'm glad we're out of.

SCer quote: Townsend's touch is awful. Hold the ball up there. Dont give it away and start them on the counter. Ugh.

your reply: So is Chadli's

scer quote: This competition suddenly becomes very winnable if Chelsea and City go
your reply: not by us

Imagine paying £50 to sit and watch it for 90 minutes.
"

Well need I go any further?

This kind of makes all your positive rep points all the more silly now. Do people respect you for remaining calm and placid whilst others go around ravaging the forum with unnecessary complaints hither tither???

God help me!

To complain, by the way; is to "express dissatisfaction or annoyance about a state of affairs".
Also pretty sure he didn't say he hasn't complained at all. Just saying about yesterday nothing to complain about, big difference
