Would be seriously chuffed and optimistic for the new season if we snap all 4 of these up and add a right back.
The RB needs to be a badass, if we can upgrade 3 positions (Ndombele, RB & backup striker) I think thats a really good start. Problem is we're likely getting worse in two (Eriksen & Toby leaving), so not sure how it will balance out.

Kind of torn on being too excited about this window knowing the great players that we will have on the way out.

Good lord he is nasty. I hope we’re willing to do whatever it takes to get him.

I don't know if the stats are adjusted for playing time (Ndom has played several full games more) but they are very impressive, albeit in a league probably somewhere between the PL and the Championship

MEN says both City and United are interested. I’d get a link but it’s a Trinity Mirror/Reach publication so the website is pure AIDs

In my life as a Spurs fan, outside of Modric, I think Ndombele would be the most exciting singing we'd have made.

Honestly, I think this one's a long shot. Some of the richest clubs in the world (PSG, City, Utd) are being credited with an interest. And if only one of those comes in we could be priced out.

So while it would be amazing, I'm not getting my hopes up at all

Reality is that we don't know what the other clubs are able to offer as far as playing time. Most of the big club suitors are in a state of flux. I can't see him playing next to Pogba, but who knows what Ole sees as his best formation. And while United can offer ridiculous wages, they can't offer Champions League. PSG still have Marquinhos and Verratti in midfield with Rabiot in waiting, but that might change given the pressure for Tuchel to do better. I can't see City being able to offer him a starting role until Fernandinho departs.

It really depends on what kind of player he is and wants to be. When Eriksen arrived, he was similarly highly rated, but he wanted to take the proper step where he could play an important role from day 1. Meanwhile De Jong has decided he wants the biggest offer on the table.

agree with this, think we will be strongly linked possibly even to an ' agreed fee' situation, but will ultimately lose out and have to move to the next one down our list. Just hope this process doesn't drag on too long.
