We have to try and make the best of a situation and hope it forces the issue with Lo Celso and Ndombele getting bedded in. Even better maybe forces the transfer situation with Soumare or similar.

Every fucking year we're plagued by injuries, not helped by the constant playing of certain players every game.

Glad Amazon aren't at the club documenting this season. That would be awful.

Honestly though, we need to start making some serious moves in the transfer market. This squad has been on its knees for over a year now, and it's just getting worse.

I don't think its bad news. Means we can play actual footballers in the team now.

We really should be going out and buying somebody though. He's probably out for the season in all reality. Bring in another midfielder. Its not going to be that hard to improve on what we have.

I'd have him back. Always thought he was unnecessarily bombed out.

Nabil seems to be an idiot. Loads of storys about unprofessional behaviour at Schalke.
In addition he has always individual mistakes in him, the last we need now.

When he broke through I thought he can become the real deal, ship has more or less sailed for him though.

Surprised it didn't happen sooner, he's been run into the ground for a long time now

Be great to promote more from the academy but we don't have the coach for that.
And We haven't got any money to spend despite what anyone else may claim, bunch of smoke and mirrors. Stadium drained it all

Vertonghen or Dele will probably be the next ones on injury list, we need to rotate more.

I'm not surprised by this injury and Kane's too. It's ridiculous how some of these players are overused without adequate break. It's long overdue to happen to Alli and Son too.

Could be a blessing in disguise really as it should force us to go into the market or play Skipp.

He's been pretty much ever present for quite some time so will be interesting to see what Jose does about this.

On a seperate issue, do we get more injuries than other teams or do I just not pay attention to theirs?

Never pleased to see a player get injured but If this means we actually a sign a DM or Skipp gets a run in the side then it might be a blessing in disguise.

Sissoko is a good pro and a useful squad player but the fact that him being a regular starter in CM has become normalised just shows how far we've fallen in the last couple of years. He wouldn't get anywhere near the starting midfields of any of the other sides challenging for top 4.

Perhaps we might have to play Foyth at RB if we haven’t got Sissoko handholding Aurier. Can’t see Winks, Dier or Skipp looking after Aurier.

Might as well play Aurier as a forward lol
