Mourinho needs to start integrating him asap. Instead of sending out Eriksen, why didn't he sub him on instead. Eriksen's already gone, so why not take a punt a player who is going to be here.

I hope I'm wrong, but I'm afraid that my suspicions about Mourinho's anti-argentinian agenda are being confirmed.

Even if I knew it would happen, I almost lost my mind when I saw him Mourinho chosing Eriksen ahead of Lo Celso yet again against Chelsea (and then also Rose). I want to love Mourinhon, but he's making it very difficult for me at the moment.

I don't think Mou has an anti-argentinian agenda, bur if he suddenly stars picking up Vorm instead of Gazza then I guess that will confirm your suspicious.

When is this guy going to get a run out?

His body language in the warm up before Chelsea was dejected.

Come on Gio, let's get ready...

We all know that but the question is why ?

Because Eriksen knows the team, is still our player, was the most creative player in the PL for 5 years, and GLC hasn’t show a thing yet to even consider him, doesn’t know the league, doesn’t speak the language, you can go on really...

Only thing Mou cares about is winning.

that’s a bit harsh IMO. I thought he played reasonably well in Belgrade.

Yeah Mourinho doesn't rate GLC does he ?

He said: "Giovani is in Europe for a few years, but France with PSG and then Spain, it's a completely different football world than it is in England.

"So many experienced players arrive in England the click for them is not automatic. So a young guy like Giovani also needs his time to adapt to the Premier League.

"You could see, even with Mauricio, an Argentinean man like him, easy communication, surrounded by some boys who speak French, he speaks English, so even in those surroundings of support it's not like he arrives here and explodes immediately.

"But we know the good player he is, give him time to develop and we think he is going to be a good player for us."

Games come thick and fast over the Christmas period and Lo Celso could well get a chance to shine.

When asked what he wished for at Christmas, he said: "What’s most important is the team winning. It’s a month with plenty of games and we need to look to pick up as many points as we possibly can."

It will be Lo Celso's first Christmas away from Argentina because of the nature of fixture scheduling in England.

He added: "It’s the first Christmas I’ll spend away from Argentina. The leagues I previously played in (Argentine Primera Division, French Ligue 1, La Liga in Spain) had a winter break and there were no matches at this time of year. It will therefore be a different Christmas for me as we’ve got lots of games to play.

"It will be different here with a winter climate and plenty of football to be played – I’ll look to make the most of it."

Surely we should all care about only winning too!

Played exactly how he played for Betis, nothing unusual and totally expected, just needs more minutes. Worst case he plays like Winks, Dier, Sissoko but settles sooner.

Came on. Showed some impetus. Tried few different things and had some nice clean touches. Pretty feisty in the tackle too. Bit of energy just what we need in midfield.
