Not sure, Giggs said it was always pre-planned to only give him 45 mins so he wasn't withdrawn cause of an injury but who knows if he picked up one In training or had an underlying one.

Having said that I really don't think its anything to do with an injury, there's no way the club would have allowed him to come over knowing there was a media frenzy waiting.

well our medical team would be privvy too, its probably been leaked somwhere down the line, but its possible its a guess, cos didnt someone say he picked up a knock whilst on international duty last time out?

it’s a very small circle of people who will have access to his medical pre announcement, anyone who leaked anything like that would likely be looking at their p45 this Monday considering the importance of this deal.

RM might, and they would potentially leak it out to make themselves look better. And because they are seemingly spiteful.

But the report from Matt Law says our medical picked it up. My point is that there’s no way that anyone outside of a select few club employees has access to that information.
