Depends if you want to pay or not.

You can park on WHL is you dont mind paying a tenner. M4 / M25 / A10 / Left onto WHL its easy. Or you can park for free outside the restricted zone and walk.

Or park north near a overground station near by and train the last bit.

Lots of choices.

There are quite a few private car parks about. You'll pay about £10 for the privledge. Just drive around a couple of hours before kick off and you'll see the signs. There's the North Middlesex Hospital but that's not much cheaper.

Some of the private ones that come to mind:

1. Commercial Road
2. White Hart Lane (the road where the WHL railway station is)
3. Community Centre opposite WHL stadium

Best private one IMO is in Park Lane, 50 meters from the stadium - and it's a school so the money goes to a good cause.

I'm normally there an hour or two before and there's a fair bit of space.

There's also the Irish centre on Pretoria Rd as well.

I park for free behind a row of shops next to Enfield Town train station - it's about 10mins train to White Hart Lane station and you miss the worst traffic going in or out. Don't come off the M25 on to the A10 which satnav might suggest, but come off at the Potters Bar junction, 3rd exit (?) at roundabout and head in to Enfield that way, satnav will then correct to Enfield Town train station less trafficky route. Trains about every 20 mins.

Don't underestimate the amount of time spent in traffic coming in or out of Tottenham itself if you really want to drive right in - it's OK if you are happy to go early and leave late, prob best to spend time in pub/spurs shop before and after, or just chill through the jam listening to Talkshite on the radio.

We park outside the restriction zone, so it's about a mile walk to the ground, but you don't get all the traffic trying to get out of WHL.
Oh and some of the car parks near the ground, have regulars who have their place reserved for them, so you might not be able to get into some of them.

I used to park near North Mid. hospital but now I just park near a station and take the train. If you're coming on the M25 either Turkey street or Enfield lock depending on whether you want to go to WHL or Northumberland park station.

I'd really recommend parking at a nearby station tbh, it's murder getting away from the Lane on matchday.

I'm not sure what the situation with IKEA/Tesco is. Tesco have a one-hour restriction on matchday parking (as does Sainsbury's), but what they do to enforce that i have no idea. If they issue you with a fine it has no legal basis and you can happily bin it. If they clamp you, it's a different matter.

To be honest, I'd park at a railway station and get a train in.

Don't take my advice - my fave free car park is now only for shop traders and is 120 quid clamping zone! The signs are there but not really obvious, this is the car park beside Enfield Town Stn behind row of shops. Bastards! I only noticed because it was suspiciously almost empty.
