If you wrote a list of the top 10 managers in world football, Poch, Jose and Conte would all be in there. This group of players has failed and is failing to show the necessary attitude and desire for all 3 of those. It’s not the managers, it is the players and everyone must see that and stop defending some of these players who are living off former glories (Moura, Kane, Ali, Dier) or over inflated price tags or reputations based on the clubs they came from (Royal, Reggie, Tanguay, GLC) or who are just crap (Doherty, Winks, Sanchez)

Erm Royal and Reggy didn’t even play today, neither did Winks. All three helped us win a few days ago.

I think these “squad players” all still have delusions of grandeur and think they are too good to be playing in this competition so don’t use it as a platform to get into the league team, which they should. They just “phone it in”. I don’t think it’s a reflection of Conte, it the psyche of these players. Dele would probably rather be at home playing Fortnite than travelling out there and it shows.

I wish I could be that optimistic. I honestly just think most of them are simply bad players, maybe one or two are talented but lacks the discipline to be a top level player. It's crazy how similar our path is to the one Arsenal went down. They plodded along with mediocre players year after year, giving them chance after chance and contract after contract. We need to get rid of these players before they drag us down even more.
