Maybe Jonjo Shelvey will now be available and I'll be the only fan in Prem who wants him to sign for their club!

So they're not getting Pochettino, Bale and Coutinho?

Thought that talk might have been a bit premature.

I quite like him tbh. Bit of a nutcase, but then that's what happens when you go messing with horcruxes.

If it was down to talent alone, fair enough. But he's got a nasty streak and although in the past I've wanted him too, for me that outweighs the positives.

Scored an absolute beaut. Cant remember who against but it was a couple years ago and the swerve and dip was bonkers.

Just seen on Sky Sports that when some American bloke was also interested the NUFC fans said they wanted the Saudis or nothing. So, nothing it is then.

But that's a debate for another thread.....

Of course but they won’t say that now. The American (Henry Mauriss) is still in for them anyway.

Insiders are saying us and Liverpool opposed it and we are obviously getting criticised for it.

However can anyone honestly begrudge us for being against it. Ignoring the massive immoral aspect to this, of course we don't want another state-backed club in the league doing whatever they please!

At the end of the day it's a competition and you don't let your rivals get any advantage over you.

Weren't we also amongst the group of clubs that wanted City punished over FFP? We're going to be popular!

Fuck em. We've always abided by the rules so we're not being hypocrites. And when you play a game and someone cheats you rightfully call it out.
