I think the Chelsea result may have made this signing more likely as it was a real sign Poch has us going in the right direction and may lead to him getting some extra backing
the Chelsea result could prove to MS (and others who we are yet to find out about) that indeed we are beginning to get something special together and with the fitness levels much higher than previous years I feel very optimistic about top 4 this season. And that would be a great turnaround this season COYS

Apart from Mr Pink, there aren't many fans on here that wanted Morgan at Spurs more than me. That hasn't changed and I think his play this season has probably proved to the doubters how good he is.

Having said that, I think it's fair to say that nothing at all is going to happen until the summer, whether it be us bidding or another team. I do hope that he is our number 1 target in summer and hopefully his relationship with Poch will be enough to sway him towards us over Arsenal or Utd should they come calling as well.

I don't actually believe that Wenger would want to pay upward of 20 million for a DM. He just doesn't seem to value the position highly enough, even if the goon fans do.

Part of me thinks this ship has sailed but I'll continue to hold a small hope that we can still pull it off

I'm with you mate. Fully believe Schneiderlin would bring so much quality to Spurs. I also think he is worth the money quoted for him. Lets get it done!

Great player and would probably take us to the next level. Can't see it happening though, Rabiot till the end of the season seems more likely. Then maybe make a move for Schneiderlin in the summer if Rabiot isn't a hit.

We live in hope.

They actually scrapped that rule after we got shafted by it. If any non CL prem team wins either European competition then the number of places is increased to 5. How Spursy is that as we were the only team in history to suffer from this terrible, terrible rule.

Yeah I know we can have 5 teams but in the situation I described 4th place would be a sixth spot which has been said we won't get
