why the hell would UTD sell us Smalling after yesterday??
I really like Smalling and find it staggering that Manure with all their shite at the back are not using him.
Id take Smalling but I do think we need someone who is a warrior and someone who will just clear the ball and the man
Agreed, shame but still an incredible window imoFeels like some concrete movement on this one would have had to have happened/been reported by now for it to happen. Too late in the day for all pieces to fall into place imo. Not the end of the world, obvs - I just want a reason to invest in the deadline day bollocks
To clear up a small amount of confusion, this taken off BBC;
It is the first of two transfer deadlines for Premier League and English Football League clubs at 23:00 BST on Monday.
It is the final date for international signings or moves between Premier League clubs.
However, English Football League clubs can still sign domestic players, and Premier League teams can sign EFL players, until 17:00 on Friday, 16 October.
Gards says the HG player he believes we are considering isn't Smalling. Nor Tarkowski, Evans or Dunk for that matter.
He would absolutely RekikI'm going to make a wild guess and say it's this bloke.
Karim Rekik.
Left footed centre back - think he may be home-grown as he moved to City when he was very young??
