It's only 12.16 so that should be less than 7 hours, but it has been said on here that 7pm is only for incomings, outgoings can be made until 11pm.

Been rumours flying around earlier in September that Conte really likes Smalling and that Inter would entertain if the deal with Roma does not come to frution. DiMarzio has also said (a month back or so) that Inter did hold an interest.

Probably doesn't matter now but take it for what it is.
