We were poor against Everton but the signs since then then (even the Newcastle game) have been very positive. Well done Mourinho. You’re proving me wrong.

Ndombele gave a post match interview for French tv saying that the most important thing is working for he club and at the moment his relationship with mourinho is much better.

Voted "meh, will give him a chance...". Usually coaches need a full season to implement tactics, so far so good. Feel confident we can win a trophy and build a balanced side with him. Love that he gave a chance to Tanganga too.

Five against Southampton, should've been about five against Newcastle, seven in mid-week, six today... classic park the bus football from Jose Mourinho yet again.
I remember his first Chelsea side scoring 4 what seemed like every week.

Thoughts with Windy and Nathan at this difficult time :cautious:

Mourinho's BBC interview: he's pretty much just announced his faith in the squad and put them on notice to... well pretty much go all the way.

He thinks we are ready.

I don't want to see another comment about him being defensive or the spurs way again

My only doubt is that I still think we aren't as solid as his teams of the past. If anything I want us to sacrifice some goals for clean sheets. But... who the fuck am I?!

Aside from two penalties we would have two clean sheets in two PL games.

Really interesting comments from José and Harry after the game. They highlighted two things:

1. Mentality not changing after the first penalty
2. Ruthlessness of finishing

Those are the two things José has been working into this squad and two things we probably missed under Poch.

They are the hallmark of winning teams.

Due to my previous posts I must look like an absolute prick...

I'll take being wrong every day of the week. I just want to be proud of my club.

So I maybe wrong but who cares?- I don't! What a week!

Well, probably someone else has already said this, but today was the day when José truly arrived at Spurs.

I think today was key in all honesty and the only shit thing about today is that it is now international break - it has come at such a shit time for him and for us.
