Kinda ironic announcing you're taking a break from Twitter...via Twitter.
He's got a big following. If he didn't say anything and just vanished, some people could end up thinking something serious happened. Better to let them know. I disagree with his opinion re Mourinho, but the severity of the abuse is too much. Twitter can be bloody toxic and if you're suffering mentally, it isn't the place to spend your days.

Fucking hell he does seem to trust Hart, playing him arguably our biggest game of the season so far.
He's a big character and why not. Don't think much in it between Hart and Gazzaniga ability wise and Hart is a much stronger character which is what we need in the dressingroom.

Bit shaky at the back but aside from that absolutely electric going forwards and that 6th goal the counter attack one was absolutely beautiful.
What a difference it makes when you sign 7 first team players hey.
That is 3 very good performances in a row now, really enjoying this style of pacey direct football, just need to tighten up a tiny bit and we will be a hell of a force and this is all without Bale and Vinicus!

Most excited and positive i've been about Spurs for a few years now, compare this feeling to the darkness toxic feeling towards the end of last season when we had such a stale squad and lost quite a few games in a row when sissoko kane and son were out it was all very depressing but complete turnaround since then now absolutely buzzing.

Two Maccabi Haifa players were filmed asking for a photo with Mourinho post match [he accepted]. He is truly massive.

This defensive football Mourhino is serving up is getting on my tits .
As for Merson and his " Kane will not score many with Jose as manager" just about sums up his mental ability .

A year on from us being thrashed 7-2, we had thrashed another team by the same scoreline.

Less than a year's work and we are looking so different, with superb additions of faces and metal state to the squad - yet we may not be done yet.

A 1-0 loss to Everton at the first game of our season got hoardes of people already shamelessly calling for Mourinho's head. Yet today there were so few praises for him in a fantastic 7-2 scoreline - which came back-to-back from an excellent and resilient victory over Chelsea, all while managing wonderfully the exhausting fixtures everyone seemingly wanted us to fail.

This thread deserves to kick on appreciating Mourinho in times like this more so than those scathing attackers of him at the slightest knee jerk of any loss.

Agree, CL run aside, we’ve been shot for a few years.

starting to look strong and I’m going into games with huge confidence.
IF we can sort out this CB and the striker, and with a rejuvenated Dele, we could do something very serious here.

Even more weirdly, there seems to be unity between board and manager, I guess Levy knows he has the biggest name in the world as manager, he really could take us from almost there to actually there.

Just heard Joses interview. Is he not liking the fact we were open, which is true i think better teams would hurt us but I did like our approach and attacking play

Plenty Mourinho haters in bed crying right now. Very good week, which also should have had us with 2 more Premier league points.

I'm pleased with how Jose has managed the squad this week, subs at all the right times too.

Saw a tweet off a few fans just now saying they wouldn't be able to enjoy any trophies because it's Mourinho and his sometimes setting up to defend? Am I the only one that thinks that is completely ridiculous? Wins are wins. Trophies are trophies. Shit housing 1-0 every week is fine by me at this point.
Good. Fuck 'em.
I hope they don't enjoy any success that we may have because they don't fucking deserve it.

Very happy with the transfer window. Best window ever imo. But at the same time also very heartbroken to know levy could have backed anytime but only decides to back who he wants. Had poch gotten such backing, we would have been closer to winning CL and having our ferguson. Could have brought us closer to that one game that could have changed our history

Isn’t one of the reasons Jose has been backed so much because he had multiple targets, rather than one or nothing

Depends if Jose is maybe easier and a bit more experienced / savvy in transfer market making him easier to back?

Mourinho has said from ages ago that he has given Levy his targets, and plenty itk also said that Mourinhos targets have been more realistic than Pochs.

And if you're Levy, who are you going to be more inclined to back? A manager that has won it all and knows what a trophy winning squad looks like or a good manager who has done well but a bit indecisive and struggled to get us over the line?

That's the difference between the 2 for me, Jose will demand players and make it clear. Poch will probably mumble it under his breath whereas he should have been giving Levy ultimatums...

put aside the improved performances. put aside the fact Jose is being backed in transfer market. something brilliant happened tonight...

Jose spent his post match interview referring to Southgate as his ‘friend Gary’ ??

Doesn't hurt that Jose has connections to Mendes and other agents etc He is a bigger pull for players and it becomes so much easier to snag certain targets when it's clear that Jose wants you in his team.

Agree with all apart from I think Jose has been getting credit in match threads etc lately when we’ve won and played well but yes all very very Positive
Now :)
