I have to say I seriously love this guy. He just gets it, he is a winner, and thinks about the game in such a deep level that it makes a mockery of most of the bad comments about him on this forum.
Give him the time and the backing and he will deliver us silverware, of that I’m in no doubt.

I'm loving him more and more. In the doc he spoke constantly of changing the mentality, we're seeing that now.

Hindsight and all that but I think the CL final might have played out differently had he been the one in charge. But we will never know.

Yeah it possibly may have, let’s just hope we get an opportunity to play in a final with a Jose at the helm.

If we get through thursday with a win and then manage to get past the united game and avoid anymore injuries then Jose has done an absolutely miraculous job in managing the squad this week. Just the way he went about managing this game and the way he transitioned the team through the game with subs deserves immense credit but as he said, thursday is more important.

We can put to bed the nonsense that Jose doesn't have any dressing rooms (man utd included) anymore. Lloris, Dier, Toby, Davies, Lucas, Lamela etc playing like warriors for him.

The only players who don't get on with him are the celebrity players or the image players.

Madrid dressing room and United decline might have worn him out.

But he looks composed, supported and happy.

Also, looks better when underdog, football wise.

Good days ahead.

Completely 100% agree.

Also absolutely brilliant management of the media pre game from Jose putting all the pressure on Chelsea, also brilliant squad management today in the team he picked and bringing on Kane for the last 20 minutes just really think we are starting to see the small things he does which is why this guy has won so so many trophies and I’m bloody excited about it all.

I didn’t even mind that we played more defensive ‘boring’ style today we just did what we could with the players we had available and we got over the line and now have a lot of our best players ready for Thursday all just brilliant world class management from Jose.

COYS buzzing!!!
