I voted meh, but probably sit in between that and excited.

I want us to win things as a club.

I’m sick of always being the nearly team. The stick and banter from other teams fans - I wanna ram that back down their throats.

livwrpool fans condescending looks, ‘ah poor spurs’ needs changing!

hopefully Jose can change that mindset and turn us into winners.

You mean like 'I haven't been this excited since we signed Ndombele and Lo Celso' levels of optimism?

I'm more excited than that. I'd lost all hope with Spurs this season, but this has changed all that. It could all go wrong of course, but for now at least, I'm buzzing that Jose Mourinho is our manager.

Fuck, I never thought about singing his name. Come to think of it I don’t know if I’ll be able to (unless he wins us a league or CL) would be to weird.

I’m excited, think it’s perfect timing and a great crossroad for both club and manager to meet at. Above all Mourinho comes across as very very motivated and that’s something we haven’t seen all year. At his best, which hasn’t always been the case, he brings colour to PL, he is one of the biggest names in the industry, and so all in all it’s the right kind of gamble for me.

one thing for sure is that we don't have to worry about other clubs circling around our manager if we do enjoy success in the next few years. no more poch to real redknapp to england kind of bullshit anymore so that's a positive for me

The whole no money to spend in January thing doesn’t make sense to me. Obviously nobody expects us to attempt some sort of squad overhaul in the winter transfer window, but there’s no way that there isn’t funds for one or two players. Mourinho mentioned taking the next month to evaluate the squad in that first interview and we were seemingly ready to buy Dybala in the summer, so there had to be some money laying around.

I’m also not too worried about the whole Levy/Mourinho clash that has been touted around. Jose has been very clear with what he wanted from his next club in interviews and it’s not like Levy hasn’t wanted him for over 10 years and the two of them would have discussed this. There’s probably the ability to bring in 1 or 2 players this window.

Are you afraid of another "Respect" outburst?

Lol, I just want to see his what his attitude is like, body language says a lot about a person, especially if they’re genuine.

I’ve got mixed feeling tbh, I thought Poch could have turned things around. Having given us the platform to finally be a top club, he deserved at least until the end of the season.
Having said that, it’s all about the club and Jose can continue what Poch started and keep us as a top club then I’ll be happy. I’m sure Poch will find his mojo again where ever he goes, I just hope we don’t regret this decision to let him go
