The difference between him and poch with regards to sterlings challenge is unreal. Poch would've barely said a word about it. Jose may not be as classy about it all but it's the way to be, definitely. Will make the refs think twice in future. Harry kane might have some working ankles if poch had gone for that approach.

Jose is a big time winner, like him or not these small things make a big difference, every challenge and decision matters but like you say Poch would’ve barely said a word.

Personally I prefer Jose’s approach as I think it’s more of a winning mentality and more likely to get us over the line I just always felt that poch was ultimately too nice and frankly our club has been ‘too nice’ for far far too long which is why I was buzzing about Jose joining because he might not play ‘spurs football’ but it works.

weve moaned about not getting trophies for years and whilst it’s not a guarantee I’d say if there is a man who can get us over the line for a trophy I think jose is that man.

onwards and upwards

Passion.
Love his shithousing
His constant referring to Son's red card in relation to VAR decisions such as the Sterling one today is brilliant as well. Some will say it lacks class but it's exactly the kind of thing that gets in referees' heads and, over time, gives you an advantage.

Edit: The man with one of the few usernames better than yours has beaten me to it. Nice one @stonecolddeanaustin.

Hope he can build up the confidence after the Man City result and use it to kick start our season. Really hoping we can get Lo Celso and Ndombele on the pitch together in the near future.

I've always liked Jose, even at chelski and united. I like him even more now he's with us. He's making the right moves with signing younger hungry players. It's reminiscent of the santini/jol time when we brought in young players. Hopeful that will continue and not a false dawn. Very optimistic, and with every week I'm feeling that next season we can do something and challenge with him in charge

Great win, but he basically said that we can't keep possession because we don't have a player up top that can get hold of "out balls". It's an absolutely crazy statement, and we may get a win such as this here and there, but if the likes of Son, Bergwijn and Alli are meant to keep spending their game chasing flick ons and 60 yard passes, then it's a pretty grim endgame.

Aguero can miss a touch and a pass, and he knows that he'll soon get the ball again. Our attackers can go 15 minutes without getting the ball and I just think it's not making use of the attacking talent we have in the squad.

Only against 1 or 2 teams in the league.
Today it was a means to an end.
