I think Ange will give them a good tear down and start the same team second half and give them 10 mins to see if there is a reaction.

After that 45 minutes Daniel needs to get some players in the door as back ups for the first 11 as I think only VDV can hold his head high. Total shambles.

One thing it has shown is Levy needs to get the chequebook out with the Kane cash.

- Sanchez cannot be our 3rd CB
- Højbjerg cannot be our backup 6
- Skipp cannot be our backup 8 (granted Bentancur is coming back so Sarr will be)
- Solomon cannot be our back up RW.

Granted we can’t solve all the above, but we better get at least 2 sorted by Friday.

As a minimum I would expect to see Bissouma, Udogie and Son to come on. Had Porro been on the bench it would have been a toss up between him and Udogie as we need a threat from at least one of our full backs as well as up top.

Davies is Davies, not done much wrong but he’s of little threat to Fulham. Perisic has been shocking with Hojbjerg not far behind.
dont think perisic has been shocking, certainly not the worse, least he has tried to make things happen, and not hid unlike some others

I think this highlights the real lack of depth outside the first 11, and yes some of this lot can come on when the majority of the first team is playing and do a decent job, but when they are relied upon to step up its really reveals how bad some of them are especially in this setup.

You can carry a Royal, Sanches or a PEH when the others are in there, but when they are on their own the quality is shocking, and really clear to see.

Also, the lack of intensity from this group is worrying, probably down to confidence and belief, which is natural when the basics aren't clicking, no one really wants the ball now.

I hope he keeps them on and tears into them, if they want games they need to show what that can do when under pressure.

VDV one very bright shining light.

Too many changes. We have a good first XI. We can afford to rotate 2 or 3 players at a time. Wholesale changes tonight was a misstep.

5 subs and we can salvage this

Bissouma > Hojberg
Sarr > Skipp
Son > Perisic
Romero > Sanchez

Give Lo Celso 10 minutes to show something if not then get Maddison on.
Vicario should come in too. Forster either has no confidence himself or with the his players in front to play from the back, he's just hoofing forward and Los possession bexssue Richy wouldn't trap the ball with his confidence level now.

I agree but it is worrying when absolutely none of them, not one has turned up so far.

I think Ange got this one wrong. Still love him, but a midfield with Skipp and Hojbjerg is destined to fail, imo.

And, I am disappointed in Lo Celso - given that he is playing with Skipp and Hojbjerg, the game is crying out for him to exert come control in that midfield - as the only one with the technical skills to move the ball up. He needs to exert some influence if he wants to get in league matches.

If we swapped just the CMs at half-time, I think we win 3-1.

This has shown just how much of a rebuild we need to do still. I’d say that 7 of the players playing tonight simply aren’t good enough, even for squad players.

Richy needs to score quickly otherwise he might not get out of this slump. He can't even make a simple pass these days. Can understand why Ange is playing him but he's playing that badly it's backfiring he's visibly losing confidence as the game goes on

This next half will be Ange’s first “real” test, can he make the necessary changes and get us the win is the question.
