A much better 2nd half performance and a deserved victory. Also really nice to see Ndombele lasting the 90 mins and Lo Celso playing the best part of 90% of the game too.

Very impressed with Lo Celso and Foyth also did well at right back.

First time I've enjoyed us playing for quite a while. Hoping we get the win against Sheffield on Saturday now as well which would hopefully mean that we're on the right track again.

Todays win was our first away win in exactly 6 months!! Last one was against Ajax on 8th May.

Now to get bloody started in the league

Lots of good performances there, impressed with Dier’s marshalling of the backline.
It's so obvious he's a much better centre half than he is midfield player. If he plays there long term for us we don't have to worry about Vertonghen and Alderweireld.

Good win, but much bigger tests to come. We're still bang in trouble if we don't sort out our league form sharpish.

I bloody hope we stick with Sissoko, Ndombele and Lo Celso... no more Winks and Eriksen bollocks.

It's hard to judge this because of how poor they are, but I hope we keep this shape. We had good spacing instead of people on top of each other, and had players in their proper positions, not midfielders popping up in full-back positions and full-backs expected to play as wingers.

So happy to see that 3rd goal. How long I've been waiting for one of our players to get played in beyond the opposition and then play a ball across the box for a simple tap-in. Thank you!

I don't think any of us would have predicted that margin of victory, given their previous home form in recent times in this competition. Great result and some really good performances out there COYS!!!

Think we saw the basis of a decent future starting XI today; if you imagine Sessegnon replacing Rose, a dynamic 10 replacing Dele, and a more consistent DM who can actually finish replacing Sissoko, that’s not a bad base to work from.

Still a lot of work to do in January, and we’ll need to start signing replacements for Toby, Jan and Eriksen as priority, but Lo Celso looks like he can help solve a fair few of our problems.
