WTF...... Just found out about the draw. Our luck for the cup draws this year is brutal: Arsenal, Leicester City, Fiorentina, and now Dortmund :wideyed:

Ticket sale date noted on my phone. Ready to wake up next Wednesday and get on it! :)

Kudos to the club for setting it at Cat C prices. They could have easily made it a Cat A game and it would be a sell out, regardless.

I reckon everyone would have been bricking getting Spurs, Dortmund is the best tie. Another great couple of matches to look forward to.

I know we are out of it now and it might sound like bitter apples, but I really don't care about the English cups anymore. Spurs V Leicester or Spurs V Palace, or Spurs V Arsenal U21's or SPurs V Leeds. It's just dull, Fiorentina and Dortmund, that's a reason to bother watching a football match. Ok the group stages are pointless but, at this stage it's Brilliant!

When the going gets tough, the tough get going. There is no doubt in my mind that these two games against Dortmund will be everything we wished for in our Glory Glory nights for atmosphere, skill, pace, entertainment and pure footballing delight.
Two evenly matched teams going for the jugular with Mauricio's merry men coming out winners overall.

This is actually a really good draw. Way better then getting some eastern European team. This the best team in the competion. If we beat them we should be the favorites for the tournament. If we lose we can concentrate on the league! My one issue is the timing of the ties, but this was always going to be the case even if we faced a much weaker team.

Just heard the draw - wow.

Love it. If we want to win it we might as well start knocking out the very best now.
I'm absolutely loving it. When you look at our group, then Fiorentina, now Dortmund, we have to have the toughest path to the Europa League quarters ever. I bet teams have had easier routes to the CL quarters.

I've just seen the odds and we are a massive 6/1 to win the away leg. We've not been that price to beat anyone this season. I think Dortmund are good but not that great a side tbh, think the bookies have got that one wrong.

I think we play better away from home anyway.

The draw is a win win situation for us imo. If we win, we'll most certainly be favourites to lift the cup, and if we lose, we can focus on the league.

Loving the fact we seem to be feared in Europe. Great tie as we would probably have had to play Dortmund at some point anyway. Laughable that Man U and Liverpool get all the press when they are not close to us or Dortmund in terms of quality.

I think the odds you were referring are spot on. If their off, it's not by much.
Well bet365 are the market highest at 6/1, most other places have us at 5s or 9/2. Hence I said they were off. And I really think we can get a result out there, so the DNB or double chance will definitely be taken.

Wouldn't bloody surprise me! BT Sport can probably insist on us being on at a different time to Liverpool Man U (Liverpool were on at 6pm last night) and would put them on later as they're likely to get more viewers for that piece of shit game. Fuck knows how I'm getting to White Hart Lane for 6pm. I sense a migraine coming on at about lunchtime on the day of the match...

Second leg of Man Utd v Liverpool has been moved to 8:05 as well, apparently on safety grounds. Piss poor excuse really, but it seems UEFA agreed you can't have another game upstaging Man Utd v Liverpool. BT Sport will no doubt relegate our game to the depths of whatever channel to make way for this almighty contest.
