I love watching NBCSN coverage of the league. Exciting and neutral IMO. And they really love us; always showing our match.
Although last week they said Poch was fired for not winning trophies. It was a bit simplistic. I'd say not winning games is more accurate. But they were excited to see what happens next.

Me too, I often watch it over Sky or BT. I have really started disliking Gary Neville and his punditry over the last year or so and BT is a shit show half the time. That being said I did watch the west ham game on UK TV as I wanted to hear what they had to say about Jose and everything surrounding the previous week's drama.

I don't actually mind Neville. Carragher on the other hand (especially after the 'You little dancer' commentary).

Oh yeah, Carragher is awful. But for some reason, Neville has just been grinding my gears lately. Talking in hyperbole all the time, especially about Liverpool even when they aren't playing particularly well.

I wonder how many Spurs fans are like me, in a bit of a state of confusion right now. I've hated Mourinho for years and everything he stood for. The very worst thing for me was that he seemed to be Chelsea through and through. I hated him. I could barely stand to look at him, the little scrote, let alone listen to him, with all the press hanging on his every word. Every time he opened his big gob he made back page headlines and created controversy. I hated the football his teams played and I hated the way he always seemed to fall out with his own players, and when Poch got sacked, I was very sceptical about him coming in to replace him.

But his arrival has brought out the raving hypocrite in me and in the short space of time he's been with us, I'm afraid I've grown to quite like him. He has said all the right things and we've won two out of two, beating the pikey scum in the process, and away...!

I'm not sure I know how to live with myself right now. He said last night, the first thing he did at half time yesterday, was to go over to Eric Dier and apologise to him for taking him off after a half hour, because he thought he (Eric) was very upset about it, (as any player would be) and he explained to him that the substitution was purely tactical, and nothing to do with him personally.

Mourinho has been so respectful to us, our squad of players, the academy, the fans and the incredible facilities he has to work with. Not one whinge (well, not yet anyway...)

Sorry to say it guys and gals, but his charm offensive is working on me and I'm deeply ashamed of myself. I can barely stand to look at myself in the mirror, but fuck it. I like what he's doing. There, I've said it Goddamit.

.
Haha. I went through this process around the CL final. Bein sports had a big Mourinho show in which they asked him loads of questions to the point they forgot to actually go back to the live game they had on (it may have been been us), they were much more enthralled with what he had to say.

I like the implication that the natural conclusion of objective analysis will result in love for Spurs. It makes perfect sense, when you think about it.

I loath Carragher. He has no discernible talent, insight or knowledge. He affects sincerity with all the credibility of a nonce in a sweet shop. And spitting at a teenage girl and her dad because they were Everton fans is despicable. If I was less of a twat, I’d have cancelled my Sky Sports subscription

This thread isn't going to become a tutorial in how or where to obtain illegal streams. There's no place for that on SC. Anywhere.

So please don't. Thanks.

Paul Merson should never be allowed to be a pundit. Jose is probably the happiest he has been for a long time and is making massive strides forward with us. What does this guy even watch?

Was reading about it a few minutes ago. What an arsehole Merson is. Mourinho is allowed to be unhappy with performances, and he also may not be successful with us but some arsehole goner trying to put the boot in is a....well can I say it on here?

Honestly, didn't even need to be an article to back up the statement in the title.

Merson is just a dick.

Why do people get so wound up about what pundits say? Especially 4th rate ones like Merson who aren’t trusted with anything more complex than shouting out when a goal is scored on a Saturday afternoon.

If this was Hoddle, or Jenas or someone else who might have even the slightest possibility of having an inside track at Spurs then it’d be worth acknowledging.

If anything, this tells me Jose is delighted to be at the club and will be a success!

Merson is the worst “pundit” across all sport. Knows nothing at all about the modern game ( and possibly the game in general ), doesn’t watch any match apart from the one game he gets a week on the ten years past it soccer Saturday on Sky and is a complete helmet with a huge axe to grind for good measure!

Oh he also demands £2000+ a pop to present trophies at junior Sunday league teams presentations too.

I wouldn't give him £20 and a bottle of pop
