Kolasinac's deal to Leverkusen has fallen through. Think it was £10m Arsenal lose out on along with having to keep his big wages.

Doubt it has an impact on the Partey deal but interesting nonetheless.

About time they got rid of that stupid talentless ridiculous looking cartoon mascot.

He’s Hertha Berlin’s problem now.

If I read it correctly, he's gone for the loan equivalent of a free and Arsenal are going to pay half his wages.

Would have quite enjoyed goons missing out on both Aouar and Partey - but Arsenal fans on twitter have been going on about how they're definitely signing the pair of them for months, so pretty funny they didn't get both. ?

Ah so they sacked the mascot to get Partey? ?

Imagine the sheer embarrassment of supporting a club that is potentially spending £45m +fees and contracts on the same day they "cut costs" by sacking a bloke who works part time as a pretend dinosaur.

Pathetic.

They got rid of 55 staff around the time they signed Willian. I know it's unlikely to be directly linked, but spending big money when they let regular staff go just feels bad to me.

Yeah, they should look at how other clubs operate.

Everton, for instance, are bringing in Olsen from Roma as competition for their bloke who works part time as a pretend dinosaur. That's a much classier way of doing things than sacking someone.

Dinosaur? I thought he stood around the 6 yard box doing seal impressions at crosses :D

Former Arsenal player Jack Wheelchair has been released from his contract with West Ham. He's been fit for eight whole months but weren't given any game time. Gotta feel sorry for the poor lad

There’s no way he wrote that himself. If he did I imagine his next tweet will be announcing he’s now out with an injured finger/wrist.

I don't know - It'd be embarrassing if someone with an actual education wrote it.

Some of those sentences could be used on a medical to test lung capacity

Always someone else's fault, never accountable. I remember he wrote something similar after he didn't get picked for England for the World Cup squad - he has an incredible self inflated ego for someone who has done fuck all in the game apart from spend time on the treatment table, he'll probably end up at Fulham or someone like that and get relegated with them so hopefully he'll fuck off for good from this league.
