Great facilities but he’s massively failed with player recruits and investment in the team when needed.
Maybe the two are linked...??

I’d be more excited about our prospects if Beavertown Inhouse Brewery was leading the race for the Golden Boot. Sadly, it is not. All fur coat and no knickers. And not in a good way either.‘Mismanagement’ ?
please tell me what other chairman has provided a world class training centre and stadium through ‘mismanagement’ ?
funny how 10 years ago i would have sold my grandmother to have Jose as our manager.
He was gold dust, a caste iron guarantee of trophies and success.
I thought it ridiculous that you could pay £25m for a player that may or may not work when you could give £25m to Jose to come and win us stuff guaranteed.
WTF happened??
This !!!I thought the shutdown did him an enormous favor. We were horrendous at that time, with injuries a mitigating excuse, and he was headed for ending the season with enormous pressure built up. Then he gets a break, time for players to recover and rest, come back for a mini league refreshed from a mini pre-season of sorts.
But it's been the same utterly turgid rubbish ball since the restart. The footy equivalent of color by numbers and pretending its art. Predictable tactics, players drilled in a philosophy of make no mistake in possession and take advantage of any our opponents make. A permanent inferiority complex, with ultra conservative play in possession, and nobody breaking the lines when we have the ball.
This is footy from the end of George Grahams era. And the end of Hoddle's, albeit without the hidings (Sheff Utd was close to one I suppose). These recent games have been atrocious. We're playing dinosaur ball away to Bournemouth, without a decent chance all game.
It was a clusterfuck to appoint someone who does not jive with the style Poch spent 5 seasons building. It was the ultimate Spursy move not to back a manager who had earned his stripes with us and needed to get through a new team recycling process.
Mourinho defenders will point to his history, avoiding his recent trajectory. I dont find it persuasive. The only possibility is a Leicester style freak season, which is a <5% prospect.
Far more likely is we end this shitshow season, the pressure on next season's start is immense, and more of the same means he gets binned after 8 to 12 games. Based on these recent performances, it cant come soon enough.
It’s not something I would have thought of. That’s why he’s on the big money.Who would have thought that this new style of football that he developed during his time off was to play Serge Aurier a bit higher up than a normal full back?
Have you ever seen a stadium win a trophy cause i haven't. Inb4 best stadium trophy.‘Mismanagement’ ?

I’ve never said this shit his fault, but I’m 0% confident in his ability to turn anything around.
He’s lost his hunger for management, probably took the job knowing how it’d go - knowing he’d be sacked and make another 8 figure payout.

Sure.Maybe the two are linked...??
As someone who has lost both friends and family to suicide I can say that this is the most fucking offensive thing I have ever read on these pages. You should be utterly ashamed!I hope the morons who thought Mourinho would be good for us can kill themselves. Stupid twats
