Maybe the ridiculous, crazy notion that it might improve perhaps? If you can see something is wrong , why wait until it gets worse?

I like this thread.... Fight fight fight... Should really all meet up and fight this out.. Beats fury wilder 3 any day
Look why do we have to be absolute when judging Jose... He is either great or shit. Constructively I would have expected greater improvement and really don't like the moaning about players because if you're a player... What does that say about them when hearing it? I also think the tactics and approach are poor and making the players look worse than what they actually are.
The other side of the coin is Jose hasn't had much to work with in terms of players and it's been an intense four months.... Players also got to look at themselves...
It is turning sour quickly though and shit needs to be sorted. The thing is do we trust him with the money when there is a risk that things don't improve or that things continue as they are with the tactics and approach to games? I'm not convinced.

United, second season ?Where’s the evidence of that within the last few years RE style of play and Mourinho ?
United, second season ?
No, you shouldn't I'll disagree with this point until the end of days - you can play football, but without that focal point you get to witness what we have over the last 4 games at least.This.
No one expects us to be playing like Liverpool. But we should be playing a lot better than this. Even without the injuries and lack of striker.
The tactics are destroying the little confidence players currently have. Our forwards are running after the ball all game.
Quite honestly, if he's successful with us I couldn't give a hoot if lives up to that whatsoever.Trophies or no trophies, Mourinho have a lot to prove in terms of his coaching if he's to live up to the PR stuff about having reinvented himself.
It's all speculation, but you can never underestimate mental exhaustion. It's amazing how well a team can perform when their confidence is high, look at Wolves if nowhere else, they've played more games than anyone this season, yet they always seem to get stronger as a game goes on, regardless of whether they are losing or drawing. They have belief and confidence, which helps to shrug off any physical tiredness they may feel. This is what I don't get. I mean I understand that players get tired, but why are we completely gassed? Are we training to hard between games under Mourinho? Except Aurier, who is "ironically" the one playing the most minutes, any player playing a couple of games in a row ends up playing with 0 energy. Even when we got 7-8 days between games there is no spark.
Generally speaking I think Mourinho has done well, and it is not like we were a high energy team under Pochettino the last 12-18 months either, but we seem to be getting worse by the game at the moment. Lucas, Alli, Winks and Bergwijn looked like they were playing extra time in a world cup final after 30mins against Norwich. Just exhausted. Tired is one thing - this was another level.

It's like people create a narrative to fit an argument that we should still be able to win without key players - mean while teams losing key players in key positions key to the way they play suffer loss in form ... Keep saying it, these things are linked.
So we are playing good football without a #9 so why do people keep saying we're not?You need to watch more football then. There are a lot of good teams playing without a #9.
But let's assume there aren't any. How is it that we played well the last parts of the Leipzig and Norwich games without a #9?? Why can we set up like that for most parts of the game?? You could say the rival teams sat back, but that alone wouldn't be enough.
I honestly cannot believe you think the only way we are left to play we this set of players is like Mourinho is making us play.
If you can see something is wrong , why wait until it gets worse?
4 months and the style of play is clear and it’s shit.
Because they've built their team to play that way.You need to watch more football then. There are a lot of good teams playing without a #9.
Because they've built their team to play that way.
How many good teams playing without a #9 are doing it because they're being forced to through injury?
So we are playing good football without a #9 so why do people keep saying we're not?
Because they've been run into the ground for 5 years and aren't physically capable of doing it for prolonged periods anymore? We are set up to wait. When there's 10 minutes left, Mourinho orders them to move forward and we actually play decent, and without a striker!
Why the fuck aren't we playing like that from the start??
How often does a manager do the back to back when it comes to the tittle which he won the season before. This comment is more stupid to be honest.Mourinho managed a team that were reigning champions in the Premier league that season and he really excelled there didn't he. Most stupid comment ever.
So we didn't play like that against Wolves in the opening 20 and the same again in the opening 30 against Norwich? Don't berate me about 'understanding'.I think it's crystal clear what I said. You just don't want to understand it because it doesn't fit you story.
We are set up to wait. When there's 10 minutes left, Mourinho orders them to move forward and we actually play decent, and without a striker!
Why the fuck aren't we playing like that from the start?? We are conceding goals anyway
